Talk about a loaded chicken cobb salad from the Salad Station! I subbed out for bleu cheese dressing. They were out of dragonfruit lemonade, so received strawberry lemonade substitution. Not usually big on salads (despite my doctor’s frequent encouragement). This one was worth it.

I love salads.. so I could pretty much eat 2 meals a day here! They have EVERYTHING that you'd want to put on a salad plus hot soups, baked potatoes & chicken strips. We stop and eat here every time we're in Hattiesburg!

Stations are unkept. Staff is not friendly!!!! Soups were not hot and just sitting there. They offered to microwave it for me. The garlic and herb chicken and fajita chicken was burnt. The employee told me all of it was made this morning and she COULD NOT make any fresh for me!!!! It’s was 4:45pm.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

My wife and I have eaten here several times. The salad bar is always well stocked, and everything is always fresh. So many selections of just about anything you can think of! I’m not a huge salad fan, but by the time I add on all the goodies I like, I don’t feel like it’s just a “salad” anymore. It’s a whole meal! The soups are amazing too! The staff is also professional and friendly. I do know the owners and they are great, local people.

Asking for a tip at a self serve fast food joint feels insulting or more like visiting a charity. Just paying your folks a competitive wage seems more like an intelligent business strategy. Hope, should not be a manage method in operating an actual business.

Fresh veggies and friendly staff. It was too cold in the seating area so we had to eat fast, but overall, I would definitely recommend it!

The Salad Station had Nurse's Day on March 22, 2023. I was immediately excited about going on my lunch break to get THE BEST salad in Hattiesburg. Before I clocked out for lunch I decided to contact TSS to confirm if a badge or nursing license verification would be okay for the free salad. The employee that answered the phone double checked if either was needed. I was told that they only accepted badges. Well our company & many other companies are getting rid of employee badges. My company stopped last year. I was absolutely beyond upset that A LEGAL DOCUMENTATION THAT IS VERIFIED BY THE MS STATE BOARD OF NURSING would not be acceptable. Anybody can make a badge at home or get staff to make them a badge and change the job title. I really wish TSS would think about this before offering any special/free deals to customer's. I have been a nurse for 13 years and never experienced a company not accepting STATE ISSUED LICENSE. Thank You!
Huge variety! Fresh ingredients! Loved buffet..fast service...they weigh for price..so my food was pricey..but absolutely loved it!

This was my first visit to a Salad Station. You fix your own salad and then they weigh it to determine the cost. There were gloves you were required to wear while you prepared your salad. I liked that they did this. The containers that held all the different items were covered with a glass like a buffet but they were also a lot farther back. Being on the shorter side, it was hard to reach items at the back. The lettuce was good and fresh. There were several different types of lettuce. They had many toppings to choose from. They probably had anything you could ever want. They also had some things like pasta salads and such as well as fruit. Everything was cool and fresh which was nice in this hot weather. They also had soup but I did not try it. I also saw some baked potatoes. The iced tea was good and refreshing. I thought I was just trying a really small serving but it ended up costing more than I thought it would. It’s a little pricey but probably has had a price increase like everything else. It is nice that it’s all cut, washed and ready for you to enjoy. I had planned on rating it higher until I saw an employee do something that should have never happened. They have a cooler there behind the salad bar and they were continuously taking things out to add to the containers. One of the ladies took something out of the cooler and put it right up to her nose as if to smell it. It really was not something I wanted to see although I’m sure there are lots of things that go on in restaurants that we would find unpleasant. She was not wearing any kind of face covering. Thank goodness I was about done. I would love to go back but that image will be hard to erase.

I'm always in the mood for a fresh salad. Everything is clean. The kale was a bit yellow however, and the broccoli was a bit sad, but it still tasted good.

Salad station is a great place to pop in and grab an excellent salad. You pay by weight. The small is between 7-10 dollars. Eat there or take it to go. Don't forget your lid if you are taking it with you. ?
