The Yard Milkshake Bar

During our recent visit, we observed that there was only one person working named Jay. With the place being very busy additional workers would have been beneficial to help him. Nevertheless, he was exceptionally friendly, greeting us cheerfully upon our arrival. He provided prompt service and was more than willing to accommodate our specific order requests. The place was clean, and he made us feel welcome despite the large crowd of customers. If he’s working, we will certainly return!

Today was horrible , staff didn’t care and it’s looks like they about to go outta business. Shelves half empty, ice cream all gone,sign on door closing early.

Got there about 8:15 on a Saturday night about 25 customers outside trying to get in…doors locked, lots of upset people and loosing a lot of business!!!

Online says open until 9 pm weekend. The door even says open until 9. Second night in a row we tried to go while vacationing. Last night, we arrived at 8:30 and it was locked. Tonight, we got there as fast as we could and it was 8:15. Door locked. About 20 people came to try to go at same time and all turned away. Some people inside said they had waited 45 minutes and still didn't get it. Lost a lot of potential business tonight.

Arrived at The Yard on 7/6/24 at 753 PM. The employees rudely let us all know it would be a long time before taking any orders because there was multiple orders ahead of us, trying to get us to leave. After 15 minutes the only family in front of us waiting to order and the 2 families behind us left and they never passed one order across the counter. They were loudly discussing how upset they were that their help had been sent home and they didn’t seem interested in serving the people in the store. Been to other locations many times and super disappointed that this location carries the same name.

Just tried to get ice cream from here. Two girls behind the counter acted like they were so busy to provide service. However, you can’t be too busy if you are texting on your phone with your gloves on. Unprofessional and rude!!!

Very clean environment customer service is excellent and the sundays are delicious.

Parking: The parking is shared by lots of other stores nearby.
