I placed an order at 10, sat down waited 43 minutes. Never got the order, they brought out 4 more customers order. The manager,Tosha never acknowledged that it was problem and just handed me the ticket for a refund!

This place has some of the best food, and also some incredible atmosphere, but by FAR the best part is the doorman!! This guy is one of a kind! My only regret is that I didn't catch his name! The professionalism that I saw from the guy was more than I've seen anywhere else! I can't help but rave about the doorman! I was so moved, I almost invited him to sit and dine with me, but he's on the job! Right when I thought it couldn't get better, he held the door open AS I LEFT!!! 10/10 can recommend, and when you see the doorman, take a moment to really appreciate the guy!

I'm staying in Hattiesburg for about a month and have eaten here a few times. Everything I've had has been great. Their biscuits (they serve breakfast until 2!) taste homemade. Also, the chicken tenders, fried cheese triangles and Mississippi Melt burger on sourdough are delicious.

The workers look like they just got out of bed, didn't brush their teeth nor comb their hair. The breakfast is horrible. How does pancakes taste like vinegar. Save your money.
Today it took them 30 mins to give me an order of plain biscuits for takeout, and this is not the first time this happens. I thought it was because they were making them from scratch, but upon receiving them, the biscuits were not even lukewarm. Service quality in this location has been sadly decreasing lately.

My family and I were recommended to try this location out. We went during "breakfast" and ended up ordering off their lunch menu (burgers and apps.) My son ordered off their breakfast menu (getting a chicken biscuit.) Their food is made to order and it took us at least 20 mins to get our burgers. It took 30 mins to get my son's chicken biscuit and that was on their breakfast menu. The dining room stayed dirty. I had to bus our table so we can sit down to eat. The food was ok. I was expecting the food to be hot since we waited for ever and it came out lukewarm. I would revisit if I wasn't on a time constraint.

We decided to finally stop and try Tophers after passing it several times. The food was as hot and good, except they got my order wrong and failed to have all of our food ready (fried pickles were not brought out with our order and we were almost done with our meal before they were ready). The kitchen staff was extremely loud and cursed quite a few times. Their conversations were quite upsetting as I sat there with my family. I MIGHT go through the drive thru at some point in the future, but I will not bring my family back to dine in.
