The owners walker and John are great people they try to find the right fit for their establishment the quality of the food is amazing new items are coming they have a great amazing group of men and women working there so please dont say anything bad about this company yes the tiles might be a bit dirty but replacements are coming tables are cleaned all day long by staff members as for some of yall complaining about the drive through well its not McDonald's every thing is done to order so that's why you have to wait you are waiting on freshness instead of old an cold 😀....go see them you will be happy

The entire cooler is covered in black mold. Flies landing on the sandwich toppings in the back all day long. Nobody washes their hands either. No dates on anything. Burger patties are frozen, not hand made like the menu says. Don't take any sick kids or elderly here.

Their service is good. Little slow but then food is always hot. Would whether have a small wait for hot fries and burger than lamp heated. Used drive thru.

Walker is Terrible at handling people and need to be fired due to the power abuse.

Place is completely empty. Ceiling tiles are stained with water leaks. The tea was so soured I questioned if it had been cleaned. Staff stated the tea is made at night for next day. I spotted bugs on floor coming put of the bathroom. I will not be reurning

I rated this place 3 stars 4 years ago and will still give it the same today. Can't get your order right even when you repeat it over and over .. the other Tophers is just as bad. Terrible customer service!

Well I never say anything bad about a restaurant I usually just don't ever go to the restaurant again, but they have really made me mad this time because this is strike 3 with them!!! So if you want crappy service and even crappier food then go to the Tophers on Hardy St. And they will surely give you extra on bad food and worse service!!!

Wings were extremely greasy and they tasted like they were refried. I'll never order the wings again. The drive thru took a long time..

I ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks, I just love tophers, they're the best, but today they weren't good at all. Didn't taste right, something was wrong with the cheese. I couldn't finish them, I do love tophers food, so I wi) be back, myst of been an off day

manager has a HUGE attitude problem. she was snarky and rude to everyone who came in during the time that we were eating inside, including us. im not sure if she's having a bad day or something, but she needs to chill.

They brought back the big burgers. Good place to take the kids or a quick meal by yourself.

They messed up my order they closed at nine I was there tonight to get my order replaced and I was standing in drive thru for the remainder of the black girl with braids shut the window in my face after she said baby we closed, rude foreal I am going to corporate.
