This is my second time trying Tropical Smoothie cafe. I ordered online and picked it up in store and it was a easy pickup. The staff was friendly and the area was neat and clean. I got the bacon chicken ranch flatbread which was the perfect amount of food. I also got a acai smoothie which was very good. Lastly I got an acai bowl which also was a had the perfect flavor and taste for me. I would come back.

Great place to get a quick fast healthy bite. I enjoyed their açaí bowl and their flatbreads! Perfect size and good quality. Their açaí smoothie was really good too. The place is new and clean and the staff was super friendly.

I would just like to say that my experience was nothing short of an absolute nightmare. The servers were nice except, what I presume to be a manager of some kind, her name tag said Mariah. This woman was the rudest person I've ever interacted pertaining to restaurants. I asked her what was in the Cali Breakfast flatbread, she rudely responded, the ingredients are right up there. She made me feel stupid and embarrassed me in front of my mother I was taking out to brunch. This behavior is unacceptable. Please fix this!

Drive through wait time is ridiculous and could be excused if customer service was better. The cashier opened the window, did not greet or repeat my order back to me she just stated a total, I handed her my card. She completed my transaction and handed my card back to me. Another lady , opened the window, handed me a smoothie and walked off also with no greeting or verification of the order. After another 5 minutes a lady came to the window with slightly “better” customer service, she asked me if what she was handing me was correct, made sure I had my smoothie still not much of a greeting but she did at least say thank you. Customer service goes a long way in a business, especially one new to town. I enjoyed my smoothie and food but I’ll be sure not to visit this location if I’m having a bad day

the food is always good but the drive thru is absolutely terrible. Sitting in the drive thru for over 15 min with one person ahead of you is crazy. Plus no one even acknowledges you sitting at the window. After another 10 min of sitting at the drive thru window I just left without my food. I would’ve left earlier but the drive thru is in an alley so you’re stuck.

Terrible customer service. Ordered pickup and sat in drive thru for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging I was there? Eventually gave up and went inside, got food, everything was fine. Idk if I was in the wrong spot I guess? It was just weird having two employees look up at me from inside but then not redirect me if I wasn't supposed to be in drive thru? Bad vibe - hope it was just a fluke, food was delicious

I haven't been in yet, but I will be soon. I ordered delivery and I got a chicken chipotle flatbread and a peanut butter smoothie. I was really surprised by the food and smoothie. It was all great, I ate it so fast, I don't have any photos but I'll add some next time I go. I think this is a great healthy option that is affordable and fresh. I appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the taste. it's worth a try! (update: i literally went back the next day)

Very nice place to be at, the cafe is so cute and so tropical with all the colors. The service is always nice and i got the bahama mama and the avocolada so far, it is very tasty! im so glad they added a rewards program. It definitely feels like real fruits instead of powder like most places. Not to mention i love how they brought the drink to you instead of waiting at the register. Shomai, my server, was very nice and welcoming with any question i've had. Definitely will be back again! :)
