Lunched here Wednesday! Described as a New Orleans style roast beef poboy was Hillshire Farms deli meat from the Piggly Wiggly(and not much of it). If you want to copy a classic Nola poboy, at least cook your own roast.
what a wonderful place to eat at. it is super clean inside and the sound of New Orleans Jazz lightly fills the air. the people are very friendly and helpful. sadly like most Southern food there is no gluten free option. I had the 6 inch shrimp poboy and it was very filling. this is definitely a place to frequent if you want wonderful food and service.

An inconspicuous gem! This is a nice little restaurant tucked in on one of the many shopping strips on HWY 98/Hardy (not far from Walmart - on the same side) My wife and I hadn't heard anything about it and stopped by to grab some lunch. My wife ordered the muffaletta, and I ordered the Cajun Roast beef with a cajun au jus. I got red beans and rice as a side. Absolutely phenomenal. 100% will return. This is exactly what I would expect from a restaurant that has the NOLA ambiance (we ate in the restaurant). I would even say they exceeded our expectations! Do yourself a favor and hit this spot up!

We came in today a little before they closed and everything was super clean, food was freshly cooked to order and absolutely amazing. The food was hot, seasoned well but not salty and absolutely amazing. Customer service was A1. We will definitely be back, this has been on my wife and I’s list for so long, we saw it last summer on tik tok but never got around to it. I’m so glad we finally made it in. So good. My wife and I shared a seafood platter with extra shrimp, a cup of jambalaya, and 2 drinks. It was amazing sincerely.

Tried them for a large takeout order. Food was ready upon my arrival and neatly packaged and labeled for each person. Staff was very friendly, and I even met "Uncle Al'. The shrimp and catfish po boys were very good. EVERYONE was very pleased with their order. The batter and seasonings on the seafood is a perfect spice blend that gives you that southern spark when it touches your tastebuds. I will definitely be back.

We gave Uncle Al's and try and what a great place! The Cajun Roast Beef Po-Boy was incredible! Service was wonderful and we got to visit with Al who is a great guy and made sure we had a great experience. We will be back!
