The best chocolate chip waffles money can buy. When you spread the butter on the chocolate chip waffle you don't even need syrup. The place was really busy and the still got to me fast. Can't go wrong with the grits bowl.
I'm here all the time, the staff on all three shifts including the management staff are all new, except for the 2nd shift cook. The cooks take great care with food preparation and presentations. The waitstaff are friendly. Found out they only have online ordering, no more calling in. So if you are on break download the waffle house app an order your food online, 9 out 10 times it's ready when you get there. I've also found out that on Friday and Saturday nights...
I got blueberry waffles and sausage. The sausage was a little dry, and the waffle was a tad underdone in the middle, but I like them that way, soft rather than crunchy, so I would go back. Overall pretty good.
