This store is fast and accurate with their orders and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And just so you all know in case you've been missing out, there is a Gem of a burger at Wards that is hiding in plane sight! It's called the southern Deluxe and I only happened upon it myself when I asked the lady one day I want the biggest burger you have. I assumed it was a double Big One since Wards is famous for having Big Ones! But the lady said that the Southern Deluxe is their biggest burger. That was about 5 years ago and not all stores have it, it wasn't on the drive-thru menu at the store where I got this one, but I just ordered it anyway and it was served to me no questions asked and it was by far the best Southern Deluxe I have ever had. I wouldn't worry about looking for it on the menu I would just ask for it and they will tell you if they have it or not, if they don't then they should. The southern Deluxe has everything on it that Wards has to offer, the burger alone will run you about $12 but I guarantee you you won't need another one. Try it! While you're still young!

This location has fallen off. Used to be consistently good, then for the 2010s, it was hit or miss. Last time I was there I swore I’ll never go back. Way undercooked, non-salted, mushy fries. Forgot the chili or cheese on my big one. Just meat, pickles, and onions, and the top part of the bun was stale but the bottom was soaking wet. The girl who made my drink poured the root beer concentrate from an open pitcher they had next to the drink machine and topped it off with carbonated water (tasted horrible). Best part is, the employees always smoke by the drive through, so when you roll your window down, you get cigarette smoke in your truck.

In order breakfast from there almost every other morning and I order the exact same thing. They forgot over half my order and when I called to see if I could get it. They told me no and that I had to come back the next morning. I paid six extra dollars for something I usually order and didn't get it. I could understand if it was a mistake on my end but it was a mistake on their end. Will not be eating there again at least at that one

The burgers were cold. We should’ve just gone to Big Ed’s or Mugshots. I thought this place would be cheaper, but it really wasn’t—and the food wasn’t worth it.

I love going home to Hattiesburg. My first stop there is to eat at Wards. Had lunch with my best friend there. Then we planned to go fishing afterward. The employees were very friend and fast. Telling it like it IS 👍 TerryB 🦼
