This place is never ready to serve customers or open when they say they are they close their doors early and they open their doors late. I came here at 4 PM and the doors were closed because the staff wanted to sit in the lobby and take a break, then proceeded to quickly serve me cold food

This wendys is right by my house. I used to go there all the time, but almost every employee I've ever spoken to has gotten very rude with me. It has never happened to me anywhere else and I always try to be kind to people, I myself work in food service, and I've worked in fast food before. I've waited before in the line for 10 minutes for someone to answer and intercom and finally drove off to see there was nobody ahead of me waiting on food. Nobody once told me to "please give me a moment" or anything like that.

Fix the air conditioner!!!!! It is almost 100 degrees inside this store! I'm unsure why it has been out for so long but it is miserable inside and I can't imagine how hot is is standing over a grill and fryer for the workers.This location needs an updated vent-a-hood. It is always smokey inside from the fryer.

We were going to eat inside until we got in the building and it was blazing hot because they didn't have any AC. The half cup of mayo combined with the juice from the tomato made the bread on my burger super soggy.
