I am at Wendy's right now next to Walmart on 49 in Hattiesburg, ms. I stood in line and ordered my food which is a large Chili with cheese, Large french fries and a drink. Asked for hot sauce when they gave us our order the cashier said it was in the bag. Got to the table and no hot sauce. Since I received my order there were about 8 people in line to order food. I went to the counter and asked for hot sauce, I was told to stand back in line. FOR HOT SAUCE?! Won't my food be cold by the time I get the sauce I previously asked for?
This is why Wendy's won't be around much longer, POOR SERVICE WITH LAZY EMPLOYEES AND BAD OR RUDE ATTITUDES!!!!

Our Wendy's in Laurel is horrible. They take too long getting your order bc they are busy with the drive thru or the delivery food. I ordered a bacon and cheese baked potato and there was a lot of bacon but hardly any potato. They are slow and people left bc of how long it takes them to fix your order.

I ordered the caramel cold foam coffee, which I get every single morning just from a different Wendy’s. When I expressed my concern that it did not look the same as it usually does, I was told oh well it’s supposed to look like that We put the Cold foam on the bottom and mix .The cold foam was mixed in with the drink, but it would not mix. It was completely separate from the drink like it had gone bad or something and even though it looked skeptical, I still tried it because maybe they just put everything together differently, even after drinking it, I attempted to mix it even more, and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I then go back to this Wendy’s. Ask them if I can please have it remade and then attempt to explain to them why and the male Manager interrupts me and just says I’ll remake it. I’ll remake it and then he hand it back to me and it looks even worse and then I explained to him my concern which was of course the look to begin with because it does not look how it is supposed to. Since when have you ever went and got a coffee from anywhere and they put the cold foam on the bottom and then mix it and it not even mix to the coffee itself it just stays clumped up and he says Well, there’s a procedure in a certain way you’re supposed to make it if it doesn’t look like this then they are making it wrong and I said OK. Well, I’ll just try it because it was also the taste of it that was not right. I taste it and then informed him once again it does not taste good it does not Taste right this is not the coffee that I get from every single other Wendy’s any other day why is this one specific Wendy’s unable to make this coffee? And then he gets an attitude with me and tells me well that’s the way it’s supposed to be made if they’re doing it any different they’re doing it wrong and is still refusing to do it any different kind of way or even check his Cold foam to see if that has went bad. Absolutely worst Wendy’s ever they can’t even admit when they can’t make a coffee So of course, that leaves you with a disgusting coffee and no money back.

I went through the drive through a few times for their $5 big bag. Perfect for me. Get a choice for a burger or chicken, plus 4nuggets & fries. They were busy but service didn't suffer because of it. I'd go back. I Do go back

I asked for a Caesar chicken salad with spicy chicken… they got it wrong and gave me grilled chicken I nicely ask if they could put spicy chicken she snatch my bag and rolled her eye like I’m the problem then proceeded to put a hole chicken patty on it and didn’t even cut it up… they will never see my money ever again, and I’m telling everyone not to shop there the customer service is dead.
