Every time I come I’m always helped by a wonderful manager by the name of Queen. I’m not sure if she is the GM but she’s aut-to-be one! She’s always so friendly, always smiling, and always keeping her crew in check; she defiantly can make a lasting connection with guests. She’s a huge asset. If she doesn’t move up soon I may need to try and steal her for my company 😊 haha!

Worst service ever! Waited forever at the window plus showed them my receipt after I was there for 15 min then pulled up and waited for them to bring a sandwich that nobody ordered, so I threw it away, Zero stars would be more like it!

I can't even show up. Because I drive a company vehicle. Nobody acknowledged me and the store was closed. I will never stay in Hattiesburg again if I can help it. Damn sorry as hell. When my co-worker ordered some food it took 45 minutes, they couldn't get orders out for s***.

My family and I stopped by on our way to Baton Rouge and I was extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of food. The manager made sure every customer that came through the door was attended to and their order was taken. The food was hot and fresh and the waiting time was respectable. Every Wendy’s franchise should model their service after this particular store.

We got milk shakes you couldn't drink . They was to thick but ok they give spoons as well as straws. Then once you get to eating the vanilla ice cream. You will see black spots all in it. Very unsanitary

As a customer, you don't get a welcome feeling. More like being tolerated. I found myself wanting to get my food and leave quickly. Nothing about the atmosphere made me wanna stay any longer than necessary. This is the best way I can describe it. Hope this helps.
