Order was significantly wrong and it ended up being over $40 forv2 people. Burgers and chicken strips shouldn't cost that much fir 2 servings.

A fancy coke machine that works!! Not to be found in the state of Louisiana. Friendly fast service. Great help that suggested add ons. Yes, I got a cookie.

My boyfriend and I come here almost every morning for a baconator and they always have us pull up and the people behind us get their food before us, sometimes multiple people. Wouldn’t you think everything should be ready by 7:00 when they open at 6:30 and probably get here at 5:30 or 6:00 🤦♀️

Do NOT order food by delivery because Wendy's just let's people walk up and grab the food without making sure to verify if it's the food app delivery putting the order at risk of being stolen by a random person. My order was missing two frosty's which the driver said the store never gave her. The district manager of this location and the store manager said they are not required to verify which opens customers up to having their food stolen. A place should ALWAYS verify whose taking the order in delivery situations just like several fast food restaurants actually do. Wendy's is the only fast food chain I know of that doesn't verify whose taking the app order. When I called about this, I got 3 different stories from all 3 people I spoke to. District manager said she doesn't care who was wrong which is disgusting because it means she just doesn't care especially if it's her store that's at fault. They will do ANYTHING to get out of being at fault including throwing delivery drivers under the bus. If the Wendy's location is one of D.M Kim Roberts store then expect bad service and excuses when you report it to her or her stotes management teams

We only eat out at fast food 2 or 3x a year because its generally disappointing and this was just another one for the record books.
If my kids were not begging for a frosty and hungry from our trip I would've left on entry. The smell was foul, the floor was slippery and covered in grease or oil over the entire dining area. The cashier was rude and didn't bother to make eye contact , say thank you or anything polite. Every person that ordered appeared to have an issue with items. The ceiling appears to be moldy and falling apart or something where we sat, the drink machine was very filthy. There were no condiments and the cashier was just to unapproachable to even bother asking for ketchup. The bathrooms where one would hope to wash their hands was horrible. The paper towels were soaking in whatever on the counter and the trash was almost as overwhelming as the odors. The cashier had really long nails and was putting her fingers down inside the cups when making our frostys, no gloves, after touching all kinds of things. She kept asking what flavor drink we wanted, when the drinks are self serve. She just didn't seem to listen or care. Perhaps she was having an off day or week.
But entire inside just felt... unclean and oily..
Food was pretty cool, not cold not warm..
Overall disappointing..

Over cooked English muffin. Greasy and burnt. There is no need to butter the bread with greasy pork sausage.

Whoever the guy is working the drive thru with curly hair (receipt says Miya… don’t think that’s him) at 4:58pm on Saturday August 10th is not an asset to your business. Horrible customer service for just the simple tasks of taking an order and asking for payment. Needs to go stock shelves at walmart where there’s no customer interactions.

Hard a large order they got what was there correct except I ordered spicy saucy nuggs and got saucy garlic and my daughter's biggie meal wasn't there got her drink but no food
