Don't go if you only have $100 bill- They can't break it apparently... They were willing to let me leave with no food after ordering and sitting in the drive thru line, rather than come up with a solution. They just kept asking me if I had anything else to pay with, and I kept explained I didn't, so they just sat there and stared at me as if I was the problem... The parking lot was full of people and this was at lunchtime rush. You really don't have change for $100 in the whole building??? Such bad business. Won't be back.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Back in the day we loved Wendy's. The food used to be hot. I said if we go inside and ask for our food to be cooked fresh, maybe it will be good. I asked the young man taking my order if we could get everything cooked fresh, and he said sure. I ordered 2 burgers and fries. The only thing hot was the fries because I asked for the fresh fries. The young man acted as if it were an inconvenience to him to give me fresh fries after I politely asked for them. He walked around with a backpack on and touching everything without gloves. I handed him the fries from my bag and he PLACED THEM BACK IN WITH THE OTHER FRIES! 🤮 This was not sanitary at all. The burgers weren't even luke warm and we waited and THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN LINE INSIDE. WHY?!! WENDY'S IS SLIPPING BAD! I do not recommend this location. 😐👎

Went through the drive through today for lunch and all of the food was cold and the fry’s tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil. Very disappointed to say the least. Wendy’s is always hot and fresh but this location definitely dropped the ball.

They take FOREVER, & now I’ve been sitting on the drive thru line for over 30 minutes before I even got to order, with no way out. I was told a different price at the window than I was when I ordered, the fries are cold, & the BEST part is the the entire dining room was CLOSED for some reason, so they ONLY had to worry about the drive thru!!! PLUS, now I’m going to be late back to work.

I love Wendy's but my trip the other night wasn't great to say the least. I was at the drive thru and got the rudest employee. She also appeared to be a Manager. I was so disappointed because normally the staff at this Wendy's is over the top nice and helpful. Maybe she was having a bad night but atleast the food was excellent as always at Wendy's.

I walked into this Wendy’s, I wasn’t greated by anyone. The guy taking my order, JaVon, was extremely rude, wouldn’t talk to us, and no top of that, after I repeated my order twice, still left my fries off. And took the cheese off my sandwich after I said I wanted cheese. The atmosphere in this restaurant was extremely off putting. Nobody said hello or goodbye. It wasn’t busy. When I asked about my food. The same guy who took my order just pointed at it and walked away with a look on his face. I was extremely disappointed in this experience.
