Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

I used to eat at this restaurant regularly, but this is my first time back in several years. Definitely not what it used to be. The dining room was extremely dirty, with crumbs on the tables and chairs and chips all over the floor. The bathrooms stunk. We were the only two customers there and didn’t get our sandwiches until 30 minutes after we had ordered; the two staff members behind the counter looked like they were just standing around talking until they finally decided to make our food. The food was nothing special, and the only reason the service is above one star is because the staff was friendly when ringing us up. I will not be back unless this store gets new management.

The food tastes good but the people who work here are either rude or they don’t know the first word of English. Had to ask to get what we paid for (chips and the kids treat) foods great service is horrible.

Kid-friendliness: They have a wall that lets your kid draw on a bag or something and post it. It’s really cute.

I eat here ALL THE TIME! It’s always fresh and they are super friendly. They always prepare the food just the way I like it and promptly. Go by and give them a try, they won’t let you down.

I’ve been to which Wich’s all over the country so I was excited to see there was a location on my way through town. Big mistake. I was one of three people in the restaurant and we all arrived at the same time. We all waited 25 minutes for the first sandwich to come out. My fries were served cold and the cold sandwich I ordered came out toasted. I was I. Such disbelief at this point I just walked out already having paid. Outrageously slow service and sloppily thrown together sandwiches. This place deserves to be overhauled or closed.

I ordered a Thank you turkey sandwich, and it was not made correctly. The staff gave me a small 1 oz cup a dressing to put on my sandwich. After i complained about my order, i was not able to get a refund, because the manager was not there, and was told to come back on Wednesday. The young lady then offered to remake the sandwich the way its advertised., only to still make it incorrectly.There are hard breadcrumbs on the sandwich with a large amount of cranberry sauce. Just awful!!!!

So heavy-handed with the condiments and light with the lettuce it was just a disgusting mess. There must have been 4+ tablespoons of pesto. Threw the sandwich away.I’ve had the exact same ingredients on sandwiches at Jimmy John’s and Lenny’s and it’s always great. This was an inedible mess.

Sandwiches are great. A little expensive. But they are delicious.

such a cute sandwich place! the price was a little on the higher side but it was so delicious that i didn’t mind in the end. I loved being able to customize my order via screen & just send the order through.Loved this & will definitely return again. ?

Vegetarian options: I got the spinach tortilla & opted out of meat.

Just left. Was there for buy one get one- customer service reps had no ideal that there was a national advertising for it! They were nice about it, finally called management, they got approval to honor... but no one could figure out how to ring it up. Told them no onions on my sandwich, what did I bite into... red onion. So I returned and reordered a Rueben / hot, I was finally gonna eat... well the meat in Ruben sandwich was COLD! I was done- , on all the beverages choices were flat, tea was soured too. Bathrooms - nasty. They should do an entire cleanup and go back to Traing on how to run this franchise! Will not be back nor recommend to anyone. ?????

Limp and old tasting french fries with no salt. The meatball sub was completely soaked and soggy. The meatballs were a weird hard texture, probably a low quality frozen variety. The sauce just tasted like a standard canned/jarred kind.If you're not going to even try with the meatball sub, just remove it from the menu.Would not recommend this place, since the menu is clearly a minefield of bad options.

The girls working in the front had no idea what they were doing, i waited for 15 minutes for an online order and the people that ordered in store got their food before me. even tho i placed my order way before they got there. they just seemed clueless
