I called at 9:29, spoke with the rude csr to find out what time they stopped taking orders, she advised they stopped in 50 minutes then stated 10:00. I called back to place my order but the line stayed busy. I sent my daughter from Petal to order and pickup our food up to find out they’re not taking orders bc they received a big order from the hospital. After trying to understand why I wasn’t explained that before coming, no one wanted to speak, the owner walked off instead of being professional or even apologizing. I recall from my previous experience of being in this place and listening to this same csr be rude and have the nasty attitude towards customers. I always tried to reason or make the best out of her character but after what I experienced tonight, she/they are some ignorant individuals PERIOD!!!

The wings are good but 8 wings for 18 dollars in this economy is ridiculous. It doesn’t even include a drink to add seasoning to the fries is an extra 3 dollars. At least wingstop give you more for your buck

One of the best chicken wings I’ve had in the Hattiesburg area. I got honey, lemon pepper wings, which came with fries and ranch packets. The flavor was good quality chicken was good. I would come back.

i have been going to winged it since opening! the atmosphere has always been inviting!! food always good! however, I was today years old when I decided I can’t go back. I understand inflation is amongst us, but OMG! comparing these prices- i definitely could go in the store and get more for my money!! atmosphere will be just as inviting (because i will be cooking at home) ?? I think this is God’s way of humbling me and telling me to save money!!! ???? Outside is expensive! ! ! They got the chicken coop in the back!! Gotta be!! Are they trying to buy a new building?! Somebody anybody answer me! Please!! ?????? that Hot Honey Lemon Pepper had me in a choke hold. I eased on out of it like they taught me in Self Defense class! Winged It! Be Easy now! Don’t run up the bill too much. !

I paid $16.30 for an order of boneless wings, only to get home to realize I paid almost $20 for deep fried bread. They sold me what taste like Tyson’s chicken nuggets. Very disappointed. They don’t give refunds, so I just have to count it a loss.
This was my favorite place to eat at since I’ve been here in hattiesburg until one day I purchased food through a delivery service only to show up to the the restaurant (which said it was open online and through the delivery service) was closed. When I spoke to the employee I was told that I would not be able to get my money back or receive the food. For sure not coming here again.

I wish I could give it 10 stars. Lady on the phone was very nice when we ordered. Took 30 minutes to be ready. My husband and I got 18 traditional with honey mustard lemon pepper and honey Cajun bbq lemon pepper. The sauce was so good I was licking the tin foil. They were so crispy tender. Fries were seasoned. Came with ranch. I cannot WAIT to try more flavors! ☺️
