Was going to call and place order ahead of time to help with wait time. Waiting on hold entire ten minutes drive to store. No one answered. Walked in and waited five minutes and no one would come take my order even after I asked. Went to OEC instead.

ordered my food at 1 for pickup at 3. i got there at 3:15 and waited til 3:45. not only was it not done but when i got it, it was barely sauced and they didn’t put a ranch in the bag. for a simple 10 pcs boneless. i also don’t think the wings were fully cooked.

The food was great. My service was good. The young lady who was working there seems to be a hard worker and very efficient.
Came out and fixed some plumbing issues and still haven't been paid it's been 8 months still no answer

Very dirty and the customer service was horrible workers were rude and we ordered 2 small things of wings and we sat there for 55 minutes this was unacceptable behavior and maintenance very disappointing and when food came out it was cold and not good

This is December 11th 2024 I don't know what the hell happened in that restaurant but it's fantastic!! Whoever is running the show in there tonight needs to always be running that place because it's going like clockwork. Me as a delivery driver used to have to go in there all the time and dreaded it because I always knew the wait would be long and the cashier might not even talk to you. Whoever changed the situation good job!!
Now this is December 12th 2024 and I don't know what the hell happened again but you need new management!!! These people cannot get this food out fast enough, I was asked by doordash to pick up an order by 9:10 p.m. it was 9:45 and I finally gave up and unassigned the door dash. The girl working the register was really slow and would not inform the customers on how long their wait would be. She would just say "what's the name? not ready yet then look away" she has no people skills whatsoever. There were so many people in the restaurant waiting on their food that had been there about an hour!! Bring the people back that were there on December 11th and fire the people that were there December 12th. Except for the skinnier light skinned girl with braids. Keep her, everybody else need to go and you'll be more profitable and successful.
