Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First trip to this Zaxby’s for lunch. I always get a fried house Zalad. Food was good quality and salad ingredients were fresh. Employees were very friendly and the manager came by my table to make sure everything was as expected. Good location and food quality was what I expect from Zaxby’s

I recently visited Zaxby's, and I was genuinely impressed with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a meal.

The highlight, of course, was the food. Their chicken tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—easily some of the best I've had. The variety of sauces they offer adds an extra layer of fun, with flavors to suit any preference. I also enjoyed their seasoned crinkle-cut fries, which were a perfect pairing. And let's not forget their famous Zalads—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned.

Overall, Zaxby's delivers a fantastic dining experience, whether you're grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a meal with family and friends. I'll definitely be back for more!

The service was absolutely terrible today. They only had one person running the register and I line orders. It took 45 minutes for our order to be taken. They completely ignored the long line inside. It was pitiful. The food was excellent.

I’m not joking when I say that is the cleanest fast food restroom I’ve ever been in. I am so pleasantly surprised by how clean the store is as well as how the employees carry themselves

Food was good but the girl at the drive through was slow as a snail. I ordered a LG Sweet tea with my order and they gave me unsweetened. I had to pull up and wait on my food and the correct drink. The girl brought out a unsweetened tea the 2nd time and I sent it back. I waited another 20 minutes but they never brought my drink out. You wonder why you don't make much, well honey there you go!!! Crappy service!!!

Just ordered online for a pickup of $30. Everything was old & cold. EVERYTHING. 2 wings & things boxes. My brother picked the food up and didn't check until it arrived to me, I live not even 2 minutes from the restaurant. Also paid for xtra fries, didnt get them. Very unsatisfying meal.

Women in kitchen was very rude for no reason cause we asked for fries with season on it caus3le the gave us plans fries women up front was rude taking our order was just very short with us and was trying to rush us to order like we was bothering her by ordering food

I like Zaxby's but this location was not great on our visit. Everything was too salty and overseasoned. Service was slow. Soap dispenser in the lobby was out of batteries, and soap in men's bathroom was out- how are they washing their hands?
