I love City Hall!!! They are my family now. My husband and I take the kids on special days, birthdays, etc. They love picking out a treat and then picking out a book from the bookstore. Super cozy and super friendly staff! We love y’all❤️

Excuse my Memphis vernacular buuut….. IT DONT MAKE NO SENSE HOW GOOD THEM COOKIES WITH THE BUTTERCREAM IN THE MIDDLE WERE ? this does not promote weight loss, which I am currently struggling to do. I want to go back and try the snickerdoodle, the chocolate chip and the sugar cookies. I want to be waiting at the door when they open the store this morning ? I can’t remember what they were called but that peanut butter one was AMAZING ? after I took the first bite, I literally looked at my husband and said, this don’t make no sense how good this is? the cheesecake was good too, but I’ll be back again for that snickerdoodle after I lose about 20 more pounds ? I love the atmosphere of the store, can’t wait to bring my kiddos to check out the bookstore and buy them a cookie. This makes an excellent, laid back, one on one spot to bring the kids from time to time. Love it ?

It was just okay. I got the minis and two cupcake size. They all had as much buttercream on them as they did cheesecake - too heavy and was mostly crisco so it was greasy on my lips. Cheesecake itself was mediocre. The girl working kept complaining to me about the night crew not doing their jobs which was awkward. They also really need to dust in there. In the positive, their prices are good. Overall very average.

we love City Hall. The Silo Square location is on my my special needs child's absolute favorite places to go. The staff is always so kind to him. not only that but their cheese cake is the best. The perfect treat yourself spot.
