This location is a JOKE. Went there yesterday. Ordered small chocolate frosty and medium pineapple frosty. Ended up with 2 medium frosties. No spoons on counter so asked for them. “We don’t have any” Really? How are we supposed to eat them? Stupid look and shoulder shrug from her. Napkins? Reluctantly went to the back and got 2 napkins. Managed to eat frosties (with straws🤬). Took grandson in restroom to clean hands after this mess and no paper towels. Last time there...read full review

i love wendys...or did. up until last few weeks.
when I called, a simple- hello?!..I askrd- umm is this wendys? told it was. I thought it was "hello thank you for calling wendys! this is Jane, how can I help you?" guess that's changed cuz the manager got on and was screaming at employees and completely ignoring me. she would laugh at whatever other convo she was having.
