Online ordering doesn't match credit card charges. Can't be fixed at the Sonic location, called the number and they tried to offer coupons that didn't equal the amount of over charge. Still haven't heard from management or the people that can actually resolve the issue
We are on a long drive from Mo to FL. We stopped her late to eat for the night. My husband is picky about what he wants on his burgers. They were courteous while he ordered his burger, food was hot, food was good all the way around. Decided to review so other travelers have options to grab and go. From worker to customer, I will always love Sonic. They need to fix the parking lot though.Update 3/8/2022: They have fixed the parking lot. Service still the same.Update 6/28/2022: Seems like they don't listen, even when order is repeated. Wrong size cup. Hubby's coffee drink is never on point. Shakes so thick that it literally hurts your mouth when sucked through a straw. Carhops don't wait on their tips anymore. It needs an update in employee status and morals.Update...
