I’m telling you, I’m not one to complain or leave reviews but after this experience we had to make one. When we got there, we were sat at a dirty table, still sticky, crumbs still on the table, and there were plenty of other clean open tables. There were maybe 10 full tables in the whole place, not many people in there at all, It took our waitress 15 minutes before she even got the chance to take our drink order. Then an hour to receive our food. When we did get our food, my husband found a long strand of hair in his burger. His burger was cold, fries were cold, and our waitress had told us it had just came off the grill so there should have been no reason it was that cold especially after waiting as long as we did for a burger and a wrap. The blinds were gross, table were gross, toilets were clogged. Our waitress brought our check early and took forever to come get it back, we were sitting there for maybe 25 minutes after we were finished with our food. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

You just might want to go to longhorns this place was garbage. My food didn’t come out right, drink tastes like soap residue, staff was lazy, silverware was half-washed and I will never be coming back here again. This place needs to be closed down it’s an embarrassment to the franchise.

We showed up at 5 and waited 15 minutes standing in the doorway waiting for us to be seated. There was so many empty tables and booths. There was a big party already waiting ahead of us. We understood that they might br seated before us but no one came to the door (where they are supposed to be) to let us know if there would be a wait or not. That was our first experience with Applebee's and we will not go to this location again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited 10 minutes to be seated. Then waited 20 more minutes and had to go ask for someone to take our drink order. We ordered 2 appetizers, the combo and the queso and chips. It came out literally 2-3 minutes before our food and we waited a good 45 minutes for our food. We had to continuously ask for silverware, and salads and then my sisters alcoholic beverage she got came with the appetizers. The server had an attitude the whole time. We finally get our food and it was so bad the kids didn’t even eat it. My daughter took one bite of the cheese stick and put it back. My niece only ate the applesauce. The chicken was hard and overcooked. My cousin got the ribs and there was literally NO meat on the ribs and didn’t eat but maybe 2 bites. My sister and I got the 4 cheese mac and with honey pepper chicken. The chicken barely had any of the honey pepper sauce , the Mac and cheese “sauce” was literally water on what few noodles it was on. After none of us eating any of the food and having to hunt down our server we finally asked to speak to a manager and yes he tried to help and kept apologizing but for us to pay $85 for 4 drinks and 2 appetizers and still half the meals after a “discount” is ridiculous. Literally none of us ate the food and just wanted to leave at that point and still had to go somewhere else to get food cause the kids were hungry. I will never be back to this location. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

the atmosphere was nice but the service was wack. I order the alfredo plate and was barely alfredo on there and got charge for a cup of sauce . Smoothie was really watery and my server had a little bad attitude when i sent stuff back. Disappeared for 20 mins and then come back when we about to go . food wasn’t good at all

I totally understand it was 22 people in our party three ?? different tables with all due respect but we had to ask twice for utensils napkins and water as well ?? ,the flower tortillas was cold and not ? cooked ? neither on the grill straight out of the package on to the plate ?️ straight to the table obviously ?

My family and I walked in to have dinner on Saturday October 19,2024 @ approximately 4:50 pm. It wasn’t all that crowded, no one came to seat us!!! We waited 10 minutes, the workers never left behind the bar or was looking down like they didn’t see us standing there. We left. I’m not about to give my hard earned money to those that don’t want our business!!! It was rude and unprofessional, I’m will not be returning to that restaurant. We had a family meal elsewhere.!! ??

Honestly, this was by far the worst dining experience I have had. The restroom was filthy, tissue and tampons were on the floor like it hasn’t been checked or cleaned in days. The service was extremely slow and comes to find out my food was never rang in. The floor was wet and I fell. To top everything off the drinks took over 15-20 minutes to come and when they finally did arrive they taste like kool-aid.
