The place is nice. Staff was friendly. The service a bit slow, but I guess if was their busy time. I paid with cash and there was some confusion when they had to give me back my change. It got somewhat sorted out in the end. Atmosphere was nice, but the air conditioning was too cold. After the second bite, the food wasn't hot anymore. I like my food as hot as it can be, so I ended up asking for a box, took it home and reheated it later.

1. Somebody tell me why the pasta plate for $18 was barely a meal when my shrimp salad was less & I got more?
2. When I pointed it out to the waitress, asking about it, she later PASSED MY TABLE AFTER I'd asked her for napkins... She didn't continue to greet me or check on me since.
3. When she brought my change, she gave the dollars & kept the coins, saying they didn't have change. At that point,i determined that's all the tip she wanted. And i planned on giving her a good tip, but the service became disappointing.

This was, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve had dining at this establishment—and it’s all thanks to our wonderful server, LeeLee. She was warm, welcoming, and took the time to answer all my questions about the menu. I’m so used to encountering rushed or unfriendly service, so having LeeLee as our waitress was truly a breath of fresh air. I’ll absolutely be returning—and when I do, I’ll be requesting LeeLee every single time.

I had an amazing dining experience at Applebee's, and a huge part of that was thanks to my server, LeeLee. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our meal was perfect from start to finish. She checked in on us at just the right times, offered great recommendations, and ensured our drinks were always topped off. The food came out quickly and was exactly as ordered. Overall, fantastic service with a great attitude – we will definitely be back and hope to be served by LeeLee again. Highly recommend!
