Jarod Noel greeted us so sweetly as he was cleaning the front of the restaurant. Which was the cleanest I have ever seen. He came straight to the cash register to take our orders. He was so helpful and kind. The backline Jeremy Gross did an excellent job preparing our food quickly and was very delicious. The young lady in the drive through Madison Myles and the assistant manager Rosie Collie both came to the front to help Jarod get our order bagged promptly and properly making sure we had all we needed. Everyone was so sweet and all smiles!! I highly recommend this location!! I was even impressed with how clean the parking lot was. The bathrooms were also fully stocked and cleaned.
Man, we were so excited to try the new steak bites , and we're immediately disappointed by what we got .....its a dollar a piece basically and it's not only half the size of a nugget from McDonald's but it's burnt.....

The lady at the counter, Rose, was on fire. She not only took my order, she let me know up front that a couple of fountain drinks were out, and when i mentioned their sauce pumps were mislabeled she immediately addressed it. Great experience. Id go back there in a heartbeat!

I was very very disappointed. I was expecting my LOADED ITALIAN SANDWICH to Actually Be (LOADED)!! This what I got tonight for $7.51 All I’m saying (The Bread twice as big as the Meat. ( Where’s the MEAT)!!!Look at the lady in the Advertising Photos VS what I Got!!
Maybe my Expectations were just to high from looking at all the Advertisements on Facebook and Social Media.😢😢😢😢

My food was awful… went through drive-thru it was after 10 pm I got 2 deluxe burger meals, the burger was fried hard and salty😢 the lady at drive thru didn’t even fill my drink cup all the way up never again will I go there… I wasted 23.52 was in a hurry and didn’t check before I pulled off. Lesson learned !!😡

Hey. 1st of all nobody was in there. 2nd the clerk was kind of rude, meaning she was very blunt asking what did I want. For what I ordered, it was good. I always say, it you're not you're feeling your best, don't come to work.

One of the best experiences that I had at this Arby's in a long time. Food was made fresh and hot. I haven't had hot fresh fries in a while, especially with the night crew.

We went through the drive thru for lunch and everything went smooth. I was excited to see they had my favorite chicken cordon bleu because they stopped carrying it where I live a few years ago. Of course I just had to get it and it was as good as I remember. Can't wait to get it again the next time I visit the area.

I came to pick up a DoorDash order after 8pm through the drive thru , went to the window . Lady yelled for me to go back around and stop at the speaker so I went back around and did so . Finally got to the window and she had a terrible attitude hollering at me and rolling her eyes asking what’s the name on your order . If I could give it 0 stars I wish I could. People have bad days; yes but friendly customer service should be given at all times. I wouldn’t give this establishment any of my money ever after this incident. Treat people like you’d want to be treated
