Hey. 1st of all nobody was in there. 2nd the clerk was kind of rude, meaning she was very blunt asking what did I want. For what I ordered, it was good. I always say, it you're not you're feeling your best, don't come to work.

One of the best experiences that I had at this Arby's in a long time. Food was made fresh and hot. I haven't had hot fresh fries in a while, especially with the night crew.

We went through the drive thru for lunch and everything went smooth. I was excited to see they had my favorite chicken cordon bleu because they stopped carrying it where I live a few years ago. Of course I just had to get it and it was as good as I remember. Can't wait to get it again the next time I visit the area.

I came to pick up a DoorDash order after 8pm through the drive thru , went to the window . Lady yelled for me to go back around and stop at the speaker so I went back around and did so . Finally got to the window and she had a terrible attitude hollering at me and rolling her eyes asking what’s the name on your order . If I could give it 0 stars I wish I could. People have bad days; yes but friendly customer service should be given at all times. I wouldn’t give this establishment any of my money ever after this incident. Treat people like you’d want to be treated

My experience was much better this time I visited the Arby's!! However, in my past, I've experienced very bad service a few times with this really RUDE manager named Rosie!! She has such bad, bad, customer service with a terrible attitude!! But with those type of people, I just pray🙏 for them and report them to cooperate‼️

It’s been about a week since I ate at Arby’s, but the more I see the social media videos on the Philly cheesesteaks they have I get mad. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but it was just one of those days where I was kind of thrown off. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and those people back there in the kitchen gave me enough of meat that was spreaded across the bread like mayonnaise. It was mostly bread. It wasn’t nothing like what you see on social media. But “IF” I ever eat there again i’m going to be considered a nightmare customer because I’m checking everything right there at the counter. I don’t care how bad the attitude is. But bad attitude and poor customer service I see why I was only customer in that store that day. But that’s my fault I will never go to another restaurant that’s located where high volume of traffic is and no one‘s there.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals, a single chicken sandwich, & 5pc tender. The employee at the window did not give me a total first signaling she wouldn’t get the order right. I’m not sure if she was on the phone or listening to me decide on the headset but once I got my order I had 2 chicken sandwiches total 5pc tender, and a cheesesteak?? She was also very dismissive and treated my partner as an inconvenience while placing his order, this is not my first time encountering poor customer service at this Arby’s and as a customer service provider the woman in the red wig needs to do better.

The worst arbys. I tried it again, and this is comical at this point. Don't even attempt the drive thru. You will sit there for 20 mins.
No roast beef!! They give u a cup and tell you to go to the adjoining buisness to get a drink because once again no ice or drinks. When they do have food, it's not right. Always taste off.
No meat🤣🤣🤣. Yall should just close this location. It's ruined arbys for me.

Came in there for my mobile order and the stagf is very rude. Dont wear gloves and wearing long nails for touching the foods and when i asked where is my order ? Its ready and she not even put in on pick up order. And when i asked she throw my order to me. Bad customer service. Never coming back.

The customer service was disappointing. The employee at the drive-through around 7:45 p.m. seemed uninterested, sounded like i was disturbing her and the wait time for my order was over ten minutes. While I previously enjoyed a sample of the brisket sandwich, the sandwich I received last night was clearly warmed roast beef and not brisket, which was very disappointing. If brisket was unavailable, I should have been informed. Also my strawberry lemonade was basically just lemonade with a drop of strawberry. I understand the fatigue fast food workers experience because I once worked in fast food but bad customer service combined with not giving customers what they pay for is unacceptable. I do not live close to an Arbys but made the trip for the meal. I was too tired to take it back.
