I loved it!The Young lady up there was very polite. We were have trouble hearing on the intercom, so she took our order at the window. She was very kind and was very good with our order. She is truly a good employee!

$6.00 for a 2 scoop sunday with only hot fudge and nuts asked for extra hot fudge and only got one little drizzle around one scoop. BIG ripoff! Go to sonic and get more for less!!

I drove 30 minutes in town.The guy got my order wrong.I went back in and he would not give me what I ordered or give me a refund.Other guy did not see what happened taking up for him.My husband witnessed it.I will never go to Baskin and Robbin’s again.There home office did not do nothing.Went home with nothing.Donated money to that place.

Very rude employees. My family & I were not greeted as we walked in. It took them 6 minutes to ask us if we were ready to order.

The young people working there didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked into the store. Instead, they were standing around chatting and tapping on their phones. I had to ask one of them for assistance, and even then, they seemed to have bad attitudes. It’s baffling to work a customer service job without showing any interest in helping customers or doing the job properly.
Ultimately, I ended up walking out, despite their offering of delicious ice cream. Hopefully, the owner will consider investing in customer care training for that group of employees—it would make a huge difference.

Wow what a terrible experience! Came here while visiting family and I haven’t had poor of customer service like that in my life. I’d rather get ice cream from a broken ice cream machine at McDonald’s. The customer service was atrocious. Really bad energy, no manners, rude responses when following up on 30+ minutes of waiting and then my order was wrong too. I don’t understand! It ruined my whole day how I was treated and I got the wrong order. :(

Lazy workers! Went thru the drive thru asking if they had a clown cone. They proceeded to tell me they didn't have any. I drove around the side of the building to call my son to see what he wanted since they supposedly had no clown cones. I look thru the window to the freezer and what do I see..... TONS OF CLOWN CONES!
