I drove 30 minutes in town.The guy got my order wrong.I went back in and he would not give me what I ordered or give me a refund.Other guy did not see what happened taking up for him.My husband witnessed it.I will never go to Baskin and Robbin’s again.There home office did not do nothing.Went home with nothing.Donated money to that place.

Giving it a 1 star because I asked them to make a birthday cake for my daughter available on their website available at this location and basically refused to make the cake telling me the box wouldn’t be able to shut with the cake sized I wanted even tho it’s available to order just like that on the website then I asked well I’ll just take the smaller cake and some how it still was an issue about making the icecream cone cake. Down right unprofessional, lazy work ethic. It was no problem for Southaven location to make the cake. Will never come back to this location someone needs to be fired

Everytime we have been to the Horn Lake location its been busy, uet everytime we receieve service with smiles and positive attitudes, and nothing but kindness. Tonight Tara, Daria, Tamara, Anna, & Cynthis were working and it was no different. Great job, ladies!!!! Baskin Robbins give these hard working gals a raise!

This Chinese lady has a nasty attitude. She seems to not like blacks. I spent $59.99 plus tax for a ice cream cake, and I asked for spoons and she refused me spoons and told me my $60 ice cream cake doesn't come with spoons. Corporate you need to move her on out of your store. She was very argumentative for no reason. Also very rude for no reason.
