The food is not as hot and fresh as it used to be. The service is not as good as it used to be. I worked for Captain D's for many years and it was much better back in the 80's, 90's and 2000's. It seems there's no expectation of outstanding food or customer service.

We ordered 2 fish and fries and a chicken tender kid's meal. Food wasn't hot. The kid's meal was horrible. Tastes like the chicken was fried in old grease. The fries were old. The sweet tea wasn't sweet. To serve anyone food like that, you don't care about customers or your job. They halfway speak to you and I went through the drive thru. I waited for my food just for it to be cold. These are the ppl that want more money at work, but don't have the work ethic to do the job that THEY applied for.

I got Captain Ds for my husband and I for supper on 10/05/2024. The coleslaw was warm, and the fish tasted off. It had us feeling sick. I only live 5 minutes from the restaurant, so I know it’s not from the travel.

Jayla at drive thru was not pleasant tried to confirm my order but she act as she didn't want to be there.. I get home food is not what I ordered. Only received 2 lobster bites shrimp were fried extra hard.. this is my third time having to bring food back to this location!!

The food and service were all pretty good. I didn’t enjoy walking on the floor. For some odd reason the floor was very slippery but overall I would definitely come back in the near future.
