Went in to buy gift cards and they had not been restocked. He had to go in the back to get them but didn't bring the gift card holders and had to go back a second time to get them. The store was already busy and this added to the backup and frustration.

I pull up to the restaurant. No one in line in front of me place. My order get asked to pull forward once approaching the window after pulling forward sit there for over 10 minutes. No one brings my food. I then go to get my money back and mysteriously my food is 100% ready. I told them I do not want the food at that time due to the frustration of having to pull forward and wait go to get my money back and the food is just sitting on the counter. I have never had a bad experience like this at a Chick-fil-A. Something needs to be corrected at this restaurant.

I purchased a chicken sandwich for breakfast I had to buy a extra one because they’re about the size of a small sausage patty and the chicken was hard and not fresh I go there all the time but this time was horrible.
