Horrible service! I was waiting at the toy counter for 5 mins while an employee sat there and talked to their coworker. When I asked for some assistance she brushed me off saying she will go find someone to help instead of just helping her self?? I continued to wait and no one came. Needless to say I left with a crying sad kid who wasn't able to redeem her prize. Totally unacceptable with how much everything cost.

We went to my little one-year-olds birthday party last night. I hadn't been to Chuckie Cheese since my son was a child. But It was cool. However, I used the QR option to have my food delivered to my table. It never came, so I had to go to the pick-up window to receive a pager. So I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Time passed, and the pager never went off. I had to go back to pick up the window to ask for my food. And they finally gave it to me. They were just a little unorganized. The food was good, though. Kind of on the expensive side, wings and fries were about 27 bucks. And that place was extremely hot, I wished they had the AC on. Overall, I enjoyed it.

I recently took the kids to Chuck E. Cheese, and while they had a blast with the games and attractions, there were a few drawbacks. The pizza was decentâbetter than I expectedâbut the prices were extremely high for what you get. It's definitely not a budget-friendly outing. While the kids enjoyed themselves, I couldn't help but notice some concerns with security. The place felt a bit chaotic, and I wish there were more staff monitoring the area to ensure a safer environment. Overall, it's a fun spot for the kids, but the high costs and security issues might make me think twice before returning.
