Had a birthday party here. Kids had a blast. In my opinion the party could have been more organized with the money I spent. They did not come find my child to take to the ticket blaster I had to find an employee and ask about it. Did not bring anyplates or silverware with the cake.. I had to ask for those as well. About 8 years ago we had a birthday party at the Memphis location. spent less money and it was more organized.

We had a birthday party there today food was great the kids had fun with the games but we were told by security that our kids couldn't get a pit with Chucky I had to have a fit to be able to get pictures the lady's helping host the party's were great the other staff are very rude and inconsiderate

That it cost 20$ for a salad then the cheapest card you could buy was 30$. Everytime you turn a ride on other kids jump on to ride also the kids that were in bouncy thing were way to big to be in there with one year olds

I hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese since 2012 and it's nothing like it used to be. I was there recently with my nephews and it was disappointing. No stage, no Chuck E. Cheese and not as many games. Children now have to put money on a card for a certain amount of minutes to play instead of using the gold coins. Also, some of the people looked questionable and there needs to be security. No children over 12yrs of age should be allowed. They play too rough and run too much around babies/toddlers. The pizza was nasty and some of the wings was hard and salty. The people at the counters acted mentally challenged or just didn't want to be there. The restrooms need an attendant and need to be checked/cleaned consistently.

Food was great however the staff was not attentive. We asked how much a prize was and their answer was “I don’t know”. Also had to pay $10 for a pair of socks per staff member. As soon as they left about 5 kids got on without socks as she was watching. Very unimpressed and can tell they play favorites.

Makayla greeted us at the counter tonight 5/1/25 & even handed us our food from behind the service window later. She handled rude guest with grace & even tried to appease them when they were still dissatisfied.
She took time to explain the answers to my questions without ever losing her stride even after the rude guest.
She is indeed an asset to your team!
The restaurant was clean & not so loud that couldn’t have a conversation.
This is 1 of the best CEC we’ve been to for my comfort & enjoyment as well as the littles.
Thank you to the whole team for this evening’s experience! We will come back when in this area again.
Overcrowded ...when you have an establishment for children the restroom needs to be monitored at all times. I spoke to one of the employees concerning the restroom but nothing changed. It has to be a better way when you're severing food.

To be perfectly honest, based on previous experience with places like this, my expectations were low coming in. This location exceeded expectations on every account.
The pizza isn't great, but it was much better than expected. It was served hot and obviously cooked to order, and 2 large pizzas easily fed 3 adults and 3 kids with leftovers.
If you can get past the convoluted pricing structure, the arcade is fun. We paid on a per game basis, but my guess is buying the unlimited 1-hour pass works better for older kids. Ticket earnings were abysmal, but that's pretty much the norm.
The staff was really where this place shined. I imagined how I would act if I were cleaning up after kids all day for low wages, but the staff here were all pretty upbeat and helpful. Everybody was working hard to keep the place clean, but always had a moment to spare to help with our needs. Those kids seriously deserve raises.

Horrible service! I was waiting at the toy counter for 5 mins while an employee sat there and talked to their coworker. When I asked for some assistance she brushed me off saying she will go find someone to help instead of just helping her self?? I continued to wait and no one came. Needless to say I left with a crying sad kid who wasn't able to redeem her prize. Totally unacceptable with how much everything cost.
