Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The reason I have to only give a 3 star is because three things that we wanted. They ended up being out of rice,corn muffins and the chocolate cake that we wanted. But other than that, everything was good. Our waitress was very nice. Food was good and hot.

I am a long time customer of Cracker Barrel and generally favorable. Today I visited the location in Horn Lake/ Southaven. It’s hard to screw up chicken strips but they managed. Out of my 6 strips none were totally well done and two of them were not done at all. Also no cinnamon apple was available and no baked potatoes were available at 5 pm. Also the roast beef we used to order seems to have been turned to beef stew now. The server did a good job but seemed to be embarrassed at the unavailable items and did his best sale job to replace them. Overall very disappointed in the food and the chefs cooking in particular. Someone please get the chef a thermometer.

It was 3 of us eating lunch I had to the 2 pork chops meal,2 country homestyle chicken breast, and 1 Grandma Breakfast everything was so good

Since the new CEO tried to make changes, the food quality has become terrible!! We got the fried Pork chops and they were so thin and cooked so long, it was like chewing flavored boot leather!! The mashed potatoes were dry and no flavor. The biscuits.....these are small hockey picks that look a little like a biscuit!?!!! What happened to the nice fluffy ones we used to get?? This is my second return since the change and I will not be back!! They should just close their doors! There were very few people eating there at 6 pm and we used to have a waiting list. Terrible!!

We had a very nice lunch at Cracker Barrel! Food was served in a timely manner and it was delicious. Our server (Patty) was excellent! We will definitely be eating at this location again.

Took over a hour to get our food and our sever never came back to the table except to gice receipt

Pancakes were overcooked almost burnt.

We always stop at these restaurants great food and they usually allow us to stay over night in the lot with our RV 5th wheel as we travel in the USA!

Love the breakfast menu! Great menu options for lunch and dinner as well. Usually receive good service. Absolutely love shopping in the store! Always find great items and several things I want to take home.

They are super slow and food is cold

The corn was dry and my potatos had mac and cheese noodles in it. When we talk to the manager he looked as if we planted it and no one on the table ordered Mac and cheese. Then he just offered to take the sweet tea of the bill as though we were trying to get some money off the tab. We told him that was not the case. We just wanted to inform him of the problem.
