Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Most horrible experience. It took 15 minutes to be acknowledged after being seated. Had to ask for everything, such as creamer, sugar, napkins. All we got was drinks. After being there for over an hour, the waitress said the manager was coming to talk to us. Well, we waited and she never came, so we left. Never got our food. I will never go back to this location.

This place has fallen drastically in quality. Snobby management and unorganized staff. The hosts were on their phones and the only upside to this place are the ladies in the gift shop.
Unclean bathroom and more.. never coming again

Ordered sausage, biscuits and gravy.
Never got gravy! Said it would be 25 minutes after we ordered. 30 minutes later said it would be 25 more minutes! Never got gravy!
Breakfast was cold by now!
Very unhappy! Will NEVER eat there again!

Cracker Barrel used to be one of my favorite places but like a lot of places since covid the menu has changed and the food quality has really gone down, service has well. Today at the Horn lake location the food was horrible and so was the service.

Excellent experience, food is always great. Can get a little crowded from time to time though

Waitress was not very attentive. Only saw her service 3 tables and had to wait a long time to just order. Took almost 45 minutes to get order and had to ask for receipt. Talked to manager on way out, he said it was slow because of kids being on spring break.

breakfast by the fireplace. Hell yeah. Breakfast was good, cheap but the service a bit slow. However... I sat near the fireplace, so time just slowed down.

Do not go to this location. We were seated, the waitress never came to our table originally, we had to ask another waitress to go get our waitress so we could be serviced. So when she got to our table and took our orders she already had an attitude from jump. We waited another 45 min as we literally watched our waitress constantly walk pass us. She Didn't check on us, ask us if we needed anything, nor did she give us an update concerning our food. I literally tried to flag her down, we made eye contact and she still didn't come to our table. After asking another manager about our food and another waitress that wasn't our waitress, we were finally told that our food was coming out. A different person brings the food out other than the waitress, and the food was cold, and that let us know that our food had been just sitting back there for minutes at a time. Because keep in mind, we already had been waiting for long period. After our food comes out, our originally waitress then decides to ask us if we are okay a table over from us, she didn't even have enough respect to approach our table. At that point we told her to longer speak to us because she wasn't doing her job concerning us the entire time. We were sitting in a spot where we could look through the kitchen and we see our waitress along with other employees staring at us from the kitchen and making comments. Which was very disrespectful and rude, and weird. One of the managers came to the table and ask us to leave because we defended ourselves against her rude staff. We had already spoke to one manager about our concerns apparently nothing was done. But i definitely feel as though we're discriminated against and mistreated from the very begging when we first sat down.

I told my waiter and the lady that checked me out, this was my LAST time to eat at Cracker Barrel! I tried it about 6 months ago and not only did it take over an hour, once seated, to get our food, but when I Complained to the manager, he basically ignored me and told me I was being rude as well as gave me a fake name. I decided to give them another chance today and again it took them almost an hour to get our food out! I am not sure what has happened to this restaurant but they will never get another cent from me!!!!

The manager Gerren Smart(not sure of the spelling) was very condescending, rude and arrogant. Tried to speak with him about the attitude of one of his employees, in which other employees saw how rude the young lady was, he laughed and asked, “Did she curse you” He continued to talk extremely rude and acted as if I was suppose to say nothing back. He created a scene and then wanted to say I was creating a scene. This is after there was a 45 minute wait for a nearly empty buildings.
