Basically paid. $40. for two breakfast, which is ridiculous and the service was bad and there wasn’t really anywhere to sit down while you’re waiting on a table when you have an old lady with you in a walker except for the bench outside service was bad the food was just nothing special breakfast food how hard can it get eggs hash brown toast although I will say the biscuits were very delicious. That’s the only good thing I have to say and if you order a breakfast why are you paying for something that you didn’t even get the whole point is for you to get what you want that’s why you build your own breakfast , but instead come to find out it comes with some kind of hash brown casserole which I didn’t get so they charged me more and then who pays $10.79 for three eggs I just don’t get it . I will also say one more thing I did call and talk to the manager he did ask me what would I like for him to do which I didn’t say anything because I already know he’s not gonna give me a refund so I just said thank you and hung up and I couldn’t really read the menu very well because it’s so dark in there and the print was very small .

We checked in online and watched people walk in after we had checked in and arrive and add their name to the list. They were seated before us. After waiting an hour after our online check in time, we were told there are still 9 parties ahead of us. Makes no sense. We will not be back with this kind of service.

Our server/waitress tonight was Amy; She was very polite & made us feel at home while dining in the restaurant! We will definitely request to be sat in her section during any future visits!Kid-friendliness: On the kids' menu, it has pictures for the kids to color & little activities, such as a crossword puzzle, but it had only 2 crayons to use (red & blue)! There is also a big size checker board outside on the patio area & one in the dining area, which is free to play!

Service was a bit slower than normal but I think this was down to a large party being in.The table was a bit dirty and needed a wipe but again I think this was because it had been super busy and the girls were run off their feet.The usual type of Cracker Barrel food was decent and no complaints.Being over 60 and being asked for my ID each time I ordered a beer was a bit ludicrous though, what on earth is that all about

This cracker barrel had the most friendly staff. The waiter was friendly, the manager was friendly, and the checkout lady in the store part was friendly. My 5 kids enjoyed talking with everyone, and they seemed to genuinely enjoy listening to them.
