Order a two topping pizza I only received one topping the pizza was burnt in dry as in over cooked the worker have a very nasty attitude … n didn’t want to put the manager on the phone.. he finally put the manager on the phone after I asked several times..the manger said I couldn’t get a refund after they know the pizza wrong…. ( emailed a picture) The pizza was nasty … this location has lost a customer … wish i could give O stars

Must I say, I NEVER complain about my food, even if my order is wrong. BUT, the presentation of my pizza was horrible. Pizza was delivered and looked like somebody had been messing all over it. But I can say that the manager offered to remake the pizza with no problem, free of charge. But, I just don’t think I will be eating from this location again.

Fly baked into the pizza. Wanted a refund but was told that since I paid with a credit card I will have to either get a remake or a store credit. As if I wanted to order from them again. All I got was "I'm sorry ma'am accidents do happen." Unprofessional! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I've ordered for delivery many many times. I live right down the road and the food always comes fast and piping hot. So delicious, never had any issues with ordering, delivery drivers are always friendly. I've always ended up satisfied after ordering from this Domino's.I don't know if it's just me but it seems there are a lot of negative reviewers in the area because you're lucky to find a restaurant with 4 stars around the Horn Lake area. I personally wanna say thank you to the workers at this Domino's for operating their store so well. This location deserves a higher rating for sure.

This Domino’s always has the nicest employees and great preparation of their food! I used to never eat Domino’s but the company has had some of the best changes and a major improvement to their menu!
I’m giving a 1 star, if I could I would give them ZERO 0 stars. This place is the absolute worst. Very unprofessional, nasty, don’t wash their hands nor do they use gloves or hair nets when preparing food. Very rude and sloppy work Ethic. I wonder do the owners know that these peoples are running their business to the ground?! Probably not maybe I should contact them. They rarely get orders correctly and the food presentation is horrible they make those pizza and the rest of the food sloppy. They play all day none stop, and can’t get orders correctly. I walked in and the scenery was disgusting. They’re playing all over the food while preparing orders. They’re talking reckless to each other while customers are in the lobby.. they’re eating, walking and playing back and forward. The whole place is and was a mess. I immediately turned around and walked out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE please choose another place to get pizza because these ppl are nasty ash and full of ish. ??

Awful service. I tried to place an order they said they needed a card or they would not accept my order I said I was going to pick up and pay cash but they still demanded they needed a card number when I asked to speak to a manager they acted like they couldn't hear me and when I would speak to them they repeatedly said could you repeat that various times.. very bad service why pay with card when you can pay cash up front and when another family member tried to order the same thing they gave a totally different price. Rude and ignorant.
