This was my first visit. I ordered the catfish (not whole, fillet) and honey gold wings (no sides). Ate the catfish fillet and it was possibly the best catfish fillet I’ve ever eaten. Seasoned to perfection but not over seasoned. I had mines fried hard and it was not over cooked but perfect. You also have an option to havw it fried crispy. They have a kiosk that you can use and pay with a card, which I did and it had color photos of the food options. They were playing nice Christmas music and the employee that I had interaction with was polite to me and all the customers. I used the kiosk and she made sure I was good. Haven’t eaten the wings yet, but will definitely be going back for more fish and to try other items.

Flights t it again every time i go my food (fish ) is always FRESH and CRISPY. but they just put the icing on the cake when they thought of this lunch special from 12-3 for $10 yeaaaaaaaaaaa y'all can get my money anytime.

The food was absolutely delightful, and every dish was seasoned just right. Unfortunately, the establishment struggles with its service. One of the young women genuinely tried to be polite and accommodating, but the one with the blonde wig really needs to check her attitude and show more respect. That’s precisely why I wouldn’t consider returning; I refuse to spend my money and endure mistreatment from anyone, regardless of their background.

My 1st time visit was grand. I visit on a Sunday i had Ox Tails they were delicious the seasons n spices were just right. I went back that Friday OMG the farm raised CatFish was off the hook the size of the pieces were large I also enjoyed the fried green tomatoes O Wow!! The service was excellent. The help are very friendly. The place is small but the atmosphere is very comfortable. A happy customer!! I shall return.

The food was as good as it’s always been. However, I was terribly disappointed with the service this time. I felt the bad vibes when I called to place my order, the young lady made me feel like I was bothering her. At the end of the call, she told me I would get a call when my order was ready but because she had made me repeat my credit card number and phone number, I had a feeling I wasn’t going to get that call. After waiting almost an hour, I called to check on my order. And what do you know…it was ready and somehow they were ‘surprised’ that they didn’t contact me. Come on Flights, your food is too good to let poor customer service overshadow it.

Tried this place out for the first time from a recommended source. The fish and wings and shrimp were great. Hot fried and crispy but not dried out. However the fries were trash. Limp luke warm, and soft. Total opposite to the wonderfully fried main dishes. So don’t get fries here. Also all drinks aside from the bar are cans. No fountain drinks, no free refills. For my family that is a huge turn off especially when we are paying almost $20 per person including our kids.

My first time ordering here!!!! I called to place a pickup order and a YOUNG girl answers and said something so fast I couldn't understand her so ask if I could place an order, SHE HANGS UP ON ME!!!!! I call again and ask to speak to a manager so someone answer the phone, I told her the situation (no luck unfortunately) and also stated that she'll take my order, she also stated that I'll have to give her my card number in order to place a pickup order SCAM!!! I'm truly disappointed in this business, the food probably is good but they will NEVER get my business because customer service is EVERYTHING!! Y'all failed miserable DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
