Waitress couldn’t even take more than one drink order at a time. Seriously there were 4 of us and she had to bring drinks one at a time and when she finally got all 4 drinks to the table they had no ice .

Zero stars...yuck! We have eaten at many Golden Corral restaurants and this Is the WORST! All vegetables were crunchy, rolls were burnt, big green flies on items at the salad & fruit bar, had to find our waitor for 1 drink refill, I waited longer than usual for steak and got literally 2 bites and it was awful. Food quality was not good. There were very few items on the bars and it was only around 6pmish We wish someone had told us before we went in to just go elsewhere. What a disappoint when their were so many other restaurants to choose from. Please don't waste your time or money.

Me and my kids went here today we waited in line for 45 minutes and when it came to us they told us before we paid go look at buffet before purchasing they was having a food shortage poor customer service they should had closed this location down and kept the West Memphis location open

My experience today was totally disappointing. The food was dried out and needed replacing .the peoples that did put out food only one man wore gloves.one lady bought food out holding the pan with the apron that she had on. The other lady that bought food out was scratching her hands and scratching her stomach under her shirt totally disgusting!.this lady usaly be on the register and this is where she should have been today .this place needs to shut down for a deep cleaning. And the kitchen team needs to be retrained in the proper way to handle food. There were several trays on the buffet that didn't have food in them .only 1 pizza with a burnt crust.the ice cream machine was available. The cotton candy machine was not available. No rolls available. No baked potatoes. No baked fish.the cake selection was very slim.i actually seen a family of six that looked at the food that was on the buffet put their plates down and went back to the register to get a refund and this is what I should have did myself ! !
