Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

The restaurant was dirty no plates out no food out got a piece of chicken undone bloody in the inside. The man working the steak station was rude. Will never return!

They have to do better especially with them being the ONLY buffet near the area. That would be worth going to.

Me and my family of seven usually go to golden corral and enjoy ourselves but this one was horrible. The food was old and tasted straight from a can . One of my kids meat was green inside and we told the cook and was told that a manager would come talk to us and that never happened. We will never come to the Memphis Tennessee location again.

I shouldn't even give it a 1 but that is as low as it goes. I have never seen such pitiful food. Very little there to eat and what was there looked like it was from the day before. I have never been so disappointed in my life with a Golden Corral! We had to go to a doctor's appointment and was so excited because we were going to get to eat at a Golden Corral because where we live we don't have access to one. Boy, we're we let down! Big waste of $34.00 bucks!!! We won't go back to Horn Lake, that's for sure!!
When we said it was very loud...there was a gentleman talking on his telephone and was extremely loud with his conversation and was cursing. We being Christians did not approve of that but there was nothing we could do about it because we didn't want to cause any trouble.
My husband usually always gets several desserts, but he said there was not much to choose from.l don't eat them because I am diabetic.
There was steamed vegetables that were dried out. The rice was dried out. There was what looked to be tamales and tacos. I was just shocked! Either the steam tables were turned up too high or there was no water in them or something. I didn't even think to take photos because l was in shock. It was just so out of y'all's norm that we just couldn't believe it.
I don't know if they were short staffed or what.
We didn't even have a host at the front door. We just kept standing there and finally the manager(l assume) waited on us. Our waitress didn't even come by and ask us if we needed anything at anytime.
It was just 😞 awful. I always have given Golden Corral five stars...but not this time. Sorry! Karen Boren

We were there to celebrate my sister birthday as well as Christmas we were told that they could not honor the free meal policy because it was a major holiday!!! Where is that policy at!! Almost lost a great customer! Thank hod Freddy called me to apologize!

Very unprofessional place. Was eating here with my family on Saturday and all staff members disappeared for at least 20 minutes! Nobody was making steaks or anything! We’re talking the entire dining room was nothing but GUESTS! Then to top it all off there was an employee after they finally all decided to come back spraying WINDEX on the glass over the FOOD!!! All this too say I am VERY disappointed with the service and cleanliness of this place!

What food is always good here, and people like Tiffany the cashier make it even better. Her warm smile helps us feel welcome. Her speed and efficiency are also helpful in getting us through quickly. Nice!

Had to wait a little for clean plates n food to be back stocked but in all it was good.

The food was not fresh and very low on amount and choices. It was fairly busy. It is a smaller restaurant. They were completely out of clean plates when we first arrived. The steak was tough. I had asked for a medium cooked steak and got a rare steak. They were out of several desserts. There was a mixing machine that made a loud sound the entire time. We were never offered drink refills. The floors around d the ice cream machine had a large possible syrup spill. The price for 2 was over $40. Definitely was not worth it!!!

Food was good there is something’s that they can work on but customer service is a plus when it comes to assisting you so yea I would recommend going here again
