10:10pm Wednesday August 2025, came in, sat down, watched 4 ladies walk past me 2, 3, 4 times, 5, 8 minutes pass, so I left. I get it i was in a sweatsuit , I just left thr gym, but I showered and smelt fabulous so I was confused at to why I wasn't paid any attention.

Great food! Black Cherry Margarita's were sooo good with the Buffalo shrimp 🍤. The waitress, Brittni or maybe beer name was Brandi, she was so sweet and continued to check on us. The female manager walked around and greeted everyone and asked if everything was OK. Amazing customer service here!!

Talk about a let down. Can't fault the waitress/facility for what they call boneless wings, but come on man. These things looked like the bottom of the air fryer leftovers. But, can fault them for saying they only have beer in bottles. Then when we're leaving see others with glasses. Not sure why we were told that while others were being served differently.

Guys night always lands well at Hooters - the servers are fun and courteous, the wings and fries are decent. It's a place where the beer flows like wine, where beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano.

They are always extremely busy which is no surprise there, but the cooks in the back, they don't give a damn. They are slow and rude to the waitresses. It's sad because the ladies are the ones people get mad at when everything takes so long, and it DOES. We were there for over an hour, on a Wednesday afternoon, before we ever got our food and our waitress was amazing. If you go, you'll probably have a great person waiting on you but don't expect your food very quickly.
The food was really good, but the service was terrible. I would have understood if the place was packed, but it was even half full. I guess that should told me to turn around and go elsewhere. My buddy that I'm here working with hasn't been to Hooters before and he probably won't go back to one again and neither will I. We'll wait for Twin Peaks in Omaha Nebraska to open up.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE,I WILL BE VISTING AGAIN.I DROVE 3 HOURS JUST TO TRY THIS HOOTERS.WHEN I SAY MRS JESSICA MADE IT WORTH EVERY MILE.SHE REALLY DID JUST THAT. SHE IS A MANAGER BUT SHE NEEDS TO BE PROMOTED ASAP.AMAZING SERIVCE!I CANT BELIEVE HOW SPECIAL SHE MADE ME FEEL.ITS NOT TOO MANY LIKE HER.TRY TO KEEP HER AS LONG AS YOU CAN.TERRRRRIFIC SERVICE!I CANT SAY IT ENOUGH.OUTSTANDING!IM SOO IN LOVE WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED.I REALLY DIDNT EXPECT IT,HONESTLY.
Stopped here on a roadtrip from Chicago to New Orleans just yesterday. Fantastic staff who greeted me at the door, waitresses who took care of me at the bar, etc. Emma at the bar was my server but the whole staff was fantastic.
