One star because the people I dealt with were friendly and quick. But honestly I would rather wait for chicken next time. I got an eight piece and was given four thighs without being asked If that was OK. Most disappointingly the chicken was not fresh at all. This was really gross and I won't be going back to this location. Let me just say I come here often on day shift and it's great. I'm not sure if that's why but this is the first time I got bad food at this location and it cost Mr 30 bucks. As I won't be driving back across Goodman on a Friday night. So if you eat here don't do it after dark and if they ask do you want your receipt say yes. The chicken is nasty the two breaststroke look like they were originally baked then half fried hours later all flat and gross...belongs in the dumpster. It's like the cooks are experimenting with how long something can sit under the heat lamp and not cause food poisoning. It's like the worst old chicken you ever got at a grocery store. I would say they should donate it to the homeless but then that's just mean tbh. Smh...I worked real hard for that 30 bucks...thanks KFC cook/staff. Hope yall get the same you served to me. Is only fairGod is love

The original chicken was over cooked. A little bit crispy but still good. I'd never see such small pcs at this KFC. I was able to eat all 4 PCs. That's never happened before.

This KFC has improved in leaps and bounds. We quit eating there years ago because of poor service and quality but NOW food is served fast, fresh, hot and oh so tasty and there is always someone smiling and friendly behind the counter to take your order. I would rather get their chicken than make my own.

This location is the WORST! Placed on online order thru KFC.com said it would be ready at 3:20. I arrived at 3:19 was told they were waiting on the Chicken Nuggets. (I won't even go into detail what the employees and Manager were doing while I was waiting). After 12 more minutes I asked again about my order. They acted like I had asked them for their first born. They basically ignored me. After 6 more minutes I asked again, and also asked how long it took to cook the nuggets. I was told 5 minutes. At that point I explained all that had happened and just wanted a refund and would go across the street to Popeye's. They got the manager, who said I had to use the "Door Dash app" to request a refund. I explained that I ordered thru the KFC app and she said then I needed to get the refund thru the app. I opened up the app in front of her and asked "Where? There isn't a place to request a refund". She took my phone, called someone, then told me there was nothing she could do. I tried nicely to explain the entire situation, including how the first girl had put together my order except the nuggets when I first got there, so it was sitting in a bag getting cold. The manager said "Well if it sits in the "To Go" pickup bin it gets cold too". Uhmmmmm, I was there waiting, it wouldn't have been sitting in the bin!!! Now almost 45 minutes later she gave me $25.00 cash, the order total was $27.24. I wasn't in the mood to argue over the $2.24 they basically robbed me of. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!!
TRASH!! I ordered a chicken sandwich with NO MAYO. Guess what they did...put a pound of mayo on there!! Idiots!! The cashiers rush you to order just for you to pull up to the front and WAIT! Terrible service. 10/10 do not recommend!!

I eat at the KFC on Goodman road in Horn lake Mississippi Three or four times a month the food was good but the service was poor I dinned in and had to ask for a tray for my food for dinning in the person that took my order gave me the food in a box for dinning in an she forgot to give me a drink cup this was very poor serviceParking: I'm not going there again
