I had the banana split at La Michoacana and it was way better than anything I’ve had at Baskin-Robbins. The flavors I chose — Pound Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, and Butter Pecan — were absolutely delicious. Each scoop was rich, creamy, and packed with real mix-ins like chunks of cake and buttery pecans.

This place Is horrible nun of these photos actually looks like what it it looks like in person it’s unappetizing and so flavorless I got the dorilocos and it was horrible had nothing on it like it was described in the photo 30$ gone to waste and if you dont look like them they will look you up and down and they clearly make it seem like they don’t wanna take your order.(IT DOESNT LIVE UP TO THE HYPE PEOPLE) The one in Southaven MS

Horrible no hi nothing they act like they are tired, I was in line. There was 2 people came after me got their stuff first, one of girl act like she didn't wanna bother taking my order. Management need to go hire other people who willing to work with happy face and make a line so people just don't cut off.

We have been visiting this location for some 4 years. On 10/13/2024 at about 2:00 p.m. we entered for an ice cream treat. A young lady approached us from the cash register scratching her face, and asked what we wanted to eat. I asked if she could please wash her hands before serving us as she had been touching her face. She turned towards the sink, rinsed her right hand, said something to a coworker and stepped into the adjacent room. The local was busy, and so were the other employees attending to other customers. We waited for some 6:30 minutes, when this young lady stepped back towards the counter and went to another person inline. I stepped in and advised that we were next and waiting to be served. She stated that one of her coworkers would help us. I asked the person inline and others if they thought my request for her to wash her hands due to her touching her face was out of line? Most agreed that I was in the right. Especially since they have to place their hands into the ice cream buckets. She was NOT rude nor insulting, she was ofended that I requested she was her hands. Although I have her name and can describe what she looks like, I will forego these details. Hygiene is important to the safety of all patrons.
