Came out after ordering something simple; sauce cups

Came at 8:30 on a Wednesday evening to see a whole group of people looking at me blankly in the face with a locked door. No explanations, no nothing, just people ignoring me as if I wasn’t there. At the very least let me know what happened.

Communication goes a long way, especially seeing how I already spent my money.

They take 30 minutes to serve out 1 pizza in the drive through. Very unprofessional and plays the whole time in the window. Drive thru line is piled up and they are inside on phones and laughing

My pizza was cooked so long it was dried out. But the guy at the counter was helpful he went through like 4 pizzas until he found a decent one. The individuals in the back seemed confused as if they didn’t know how to prepare anything properly and I saw other customers had issues with the food quality. Will stick with the one in my area that never disappoints

Spoke with arturo the manager on duty. Refused to credit my order after my order was given to wrong person or stolen. Either way thats on business and not me the customer. This is not the way to do business. Not professional or mature and hung up on me just now. I used to do alot of business here but now ill go elsewhere until corporate reaches out.

This place is a mess and every time I order my favorite pizza the same thing all the time a Large pizza with extra Italian sausage I don’t never get what I order. And if you can’t do your job and fix people food then you should do or get more training and if that doesn’t work get New Management at this store and new workers that wants to do the job.

This location has almost always struggled to just have basic staffing needs. It’s pretty normal to pull into the drive through line and be waiting in line for 20 minutes and then get asked to pull forward and they’ll bring your food out. Waiting 36 minutes in line for a “Hot-N-Ready”… that’s just a name because nothing ever seems to be ready. Not the food, the staff, or anything.

This is the brownie. Don’t buy NOT worth it at All. And did a pick . Placed at 8:30. Said it was ready at 8:50 . Picked up it up at 8:56 pizza barely warm. Get them more help. Also drive thru should be for pick up not sit place and hold up the line.

Its the folks at the front desk that are good aswell as the folks in the back. I didn't catch the one ladies name in the front but shutout to her and the guy from the back. The manager is a piece of work with no respect for her customers.
