AVOID THIS LOCATION!! I came to have a civil conversation with the general manager concerning the conduct of one of her employees using racial slurs in the work place of THIS specific Marcos and she was VERY unprofessional and disrespectful. Very tolerant of the young staff members doing things that could tarnish Marcos name and the way it was handled truly made me never want to eat here again. Food was good. Staff was trash.

I ordered a pizza last Thursday! It was attempted to be delivered but was not what I wanted so I sent it back! The manager was very abrasive rude and even put me on hold and never came back to the phone and then they were closed! She told me she would cancel the order since they never remade my pizza and didn’t allow me to reorder! I never got a new pizza! I paid $30 and it’s now Wednesday and yet still I have not heard from the GM DM Owner or been refunded for a pizza a never received! I am soooooo disappointed bc I have supported a lot of Marcos but neverrrrrrr received any type of poor service like this! I want a refund for the pizza I never received

This location is getting real close to needing to be shut down. The young people at this location seem to have no leadership. In most cases, they are leading each other. The problem with them leading each other is that most young people don’t value the work they do. This is dangerous when those are the values they carry when working around food because we have to eat it. This location has messed my order up multiple times and I let it slide until tonight. I think I’m done with this location. The food was poor, customer service was poor, and management definitely was poor. If a higher up at this location is interested, this happened on Aug. 24th 2024 around 9 pm. Please educate your staff on customer service.

I made the mistake of ordering takeout from Marco's on friday. The guy at the register had an attitude and didn't really talk so much as he grunted at me as he handed over the food.
The pizza itself in taste was very dry and the sauce was pretty plain. The thin crust was extremely overcooked to the point where most of that pizza was tossed due to the fact that it was very hard almost like a pretzel.
Now three days later I still feel the effects of that mediocre food. Intense stomach discomfort to say the least. Unless you enjoy not trusting flatulence I recommend avoiding entirely, frozen pizza is better quality.

My husband originally got this as a joke, I absolutely hate the annoying ads, but I LOVE this pizza. The three blend cheese is delicious, and the staff was absolutely amazing!
We really enjoyed the "White Cheezy" and a "Chef" salad.

Please DO NOT order at Marcos pizza in Hornlake worsest Marco pizza , I made a humanely mistake on my online order and they brought out two boxes of cinnamon squares and a drink. The order was a human error. The manger refused to get on the phone and speak to me as a customer and the employee that was translating the message didn't make it any better : he was very rude and unprofessional. I always make a big order when I order and I order every week this particular order was only 24.00 and I always tip the diver. When the driver brought my order out there was three other guys standing at the end of my driveway out of the vehicle with what appeared to be weapons on their side I am a 60 year old disabled lady and I had my twin grandchildren in the home with me at the time and I had plenty of lighting on the outside including a spotlight camera. When I saw the way the delivery was made I don't think I will be ordering there anymore, for a minute I felt like I was in memphis tennessee
