Overpriced tbh. If the pizza had been outstanding the price may have been justified. But it was no better than a frozen pizza or one of those ready to cook pizzas from Walmart. May as well go next door to little Ceasars and get a fresh pizza for half the price.

The WORST Marcos location by far!!! Zero Stars!! I’ve eaten at other Marco’s locations all the time and this one has to be the worst. Staff NEVER wears gloves when preparing anything. And they do it openly because you can see directly into the kitchen! My pizza was so greasy that it wasn’t even edible! I took one bite and put the pizza back in the box to return it and when I got there the manager decided to send one of the workers in the kitchen to tell me that they couldn’t do a refund because I took a bite! How else would I know that it also tasted like straight grease!! This location need to be closed! Every time I’ve gone in there it’s been horrible!! Shame on whatever leadership( or lack there of) in this store!!

First time in and was glad I took Kevin up on his recommendation. Food was good and I really enjoyed it. I ate too much.
Had to ask the employee to put on gloves. Vegetables were way too big, and they should've been cut smaller. I should've kept going when I didn't see any customers. Won't be returning to this location. (Hornlake)

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! I came to have a civil conversation with the general manager concerning the conduct of one of her employees using racial slurs in the work place of THIS specific Marcos and she was VERY unprofessional and disrespectful. Very tolerant of the young staff members doing things that could tarnish Marcos name and the way it was handled truly made me never want to eat here again. Food was good. Staff was trash.

I ordered a pizza last Thursday! It was attempted to be delivered but was not what I wanted so I sent it back! The manager was very abrasive rude and even put me on hold and never came back to the phone and then they were closed! She told me she would cancel the order since they never remade my pizza and didn’t allow me to reorder! I never got a new pizza! I paid $30 and it’s now Wednesday and yet still I have not heard from the GM DM Owner or been refunded for a pizza a never received! I am soooooo disappointed bc I have supported a lot of Marcos but neverrrrrrr received any type of poor service like this! I want a refund for the pizza I never received
