What is wrong with yall?
Bad customer service, Food was terrible. Filet Of Fish was terrible, hard as a brick and cold.. The bum was stale. The tartar sauce was runny. The fries were cold & hard, and then they had the nerve to act like they were doing us a favor. The attitudes were plain disgusting. They did not greet us. Did not say thank you. All of the employees including management need disciplinary action. Please really train your next workers, or close it down. Y'all are seriously a disservice to the community.

They need to close down ever McDonald’, Popeyes and wal Mart…worst service and food, hood ghetto to the highest, baby this one sister u never have to worry about going to neither one. People take your money elsewhere..they will be closed down next just like Hardee’s no sales due to terrible food and terrible customer service

Worst McDonald’s ever! We were DoorDashing and arrived at 11:25 pm, but ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes before reaching the speaker. When we finally got there around 11:45 pm, we told them we were there for DoorDash, and they said to hold on. Another 15 minutes passed, it was now 12:00 am, which is when they supposedly close and we still hadn’t heard back. Meanwhile, other cars ahead and behind us gave up and drove off. We decided to pull up to the window, and as we got closer, an employee waved at us aggressively to move forward. We finally received the order at 12:20 am.

It felt like they were intentionally slow to avoid serving customers. This kind of service is unacceptable, and the owner is definitely losing money because of the employees working that night (between 11:25 pm on September 14, 2024, and 12:20 am on September 15, 2024). They need new staff!

They were giving free collectors cups with the purchase of a 10 pc meal witch I got. When I got to window they refuse to give the cup. She ask manager and she refuse as well. False advertisement never again will I go back. It’s not about the cup

If I could leave 0 stars I would but I needed to post this. Don’t waste your time here. Will prioritize drive through and sit on their phones while you stare at them if you go in the store. Had to hunt a manager down to get them to finally make my order after almost 15min in the lobby waiting and watching everyone else get their food first.

Parking: Limited parking options. Dine in area is small. Double drive thru is a good design. Might have worked better as drive thru only

The employees here work hard and have to deal with a lot of boomer customers who expect this to be a 5 star restaurant. They always have gotten my orders right and are friendly.

Stopped in today for a Steak, egg and cheese breakfast bagel and was shocked at the $6.31 price for just the sandwich, even more so that they charge for water now. The first couple of bites were all bread because the meat is so small. It was not steak, more like one of their unappealing burger patties and taste just as bad. They were great before they removed them from the menu. What they serve now is not the same. I could not finish eating it. I started boycotting McDonald's after they dropped the steak, egg and cheese bagel and the sausage gravy biscuit and the fact that they buy all of their potatoes from Bill Gates. I will never be back!

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice....I guess im a glutton for pain. This establishment has to be the worst place to ever conduct business under the guise of a restaurant. You will rarely get a courteous employee and it's always tempered by the fact you have waited longer then it should take to raise a cow to slaughter and then trim and dress the meat yourself. I mean it feels like a really bad joke. And man if you go through the drive thru and get manage to get banished to the dreaded last window then RIP. Legend has it no one makes it away from their before starvation overcomes them. All jokes aside, this place is the worst

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I went in today and ordered a simple little cheeseburger. Ever since I ate it my stomach has been hurting real bad and I've been nauseous and sick. I will not be back again!!!
