They got my order wrong once again. I will not be going back to this location. I've trying giving them a few chances to get it right, but they can't seem to get it together at the Horn Lake location on Fountain lane.

We literally only ordered a Chicken nugget kids meal with ranch & a sprite. Added a large Coke to order. Ordered at speaker in the drive thru & even rounded up for the Ronald McDonald House. Lady at speaker gave us the total & said first window. Pull up to the first window to pay and the girl who doesn't even greet us just ask what did you have. My fiance says the kids meal. She said "we don't have your order, did you order at speaker?" We say yes ma'am, we even rounded up, etc. She then shuts the window, walks away for maybe 3-4 minutes, comes back, & said it will be $6.31. Not a rounded up amount. My fiance hands her the card to pay, she takes it, and I said hey ma'am, did that include the large Coke? She said no, shuts window, and swiped card. Never asked what exactly we ordered since the order "disappeared". I'm trying to keep my cool at this point just in case something happens to my nephew's meal. We just say thanks & move on to the pickup window. It's a young man & he never even greeted us. Hands over the meal & a fruit punch drink. I advised it was supposed to be sprite. He took the drink back and gives Sprite. I opened the kids meal & it had BBQ sauce. I just say hey let's go at this point. Even told them thank you. The whole experience was just bad due to customer service. I understand tech mishaps, accidents, etc happen but it was truly an easy fix! The fact that they customer service is terrible! Even though it was a bad experience, we stayed chilled & polite. Please give this team proper service training. It's seriously not that hard to be kind.

Sooo...it has been a really long time since I have been in a McDonald's....you don't order from the counter any more ...you order from a kiosk...there is no where for you to refill your drink any more...and good luck getting the attention of the only people in the building ..which are all in the back...and my son said the playhouse was a little boring....so sad to see what the world is turning into these days...?

I had a mobile order and had to sit in the Drive-Thru line for 45 minutes to get to the speaker box. I was then told they only have nuggets and fries. 10 minutes later I'm still trying to get to the window to pay for my nuggets and fries after they had to cancel my mobile order. If this is the best you have to offer, this store needs to close

This review is every time I've been to this McDonald's in one .I go through the drive-thru where when I order after any item I say they respond "will that be it" ... Um no . Please let me put in my order . Then half the time the receipt machine is "broken " . I never recieve my order out of the drive-thru window I am always asked to go park somewhere else , where it has taken up to an hour to get my food . In some cases half of it's missing . If I bring this to their attention I am then treated as if I did something wrong to them . I've received food with buns so stale I just threw it away when I get home . You would think that if you waited so long it'd be fresh but think again . It's very poor service and product for prices that keep rising and service that keeps falling . I am not sure who's in charge of this location but they could definitely use some different management and a team that puts a little pride in the food . It's definitely no where close to made with love or even like .

They will have you siting in line for 30 with a mobile order just to tell me they didn’t have it and they couldn’t refund me because they had no on working register. And I received a blue strand of hair in my food twice.

Door dash for mcdonald's took the order another town over to my mother's. Then I was told to call Doordash and kept letting it go to voice mail!⁸

I was there Friday 2/2/24 at 1:00 pm. The only person in line inside. A lady came in because they made her sandwich wrong and they fixed it .Another lady came in went to order machine and got her order.I was there about 20 minutes.A employ came up to the register area so they knew i was there. No one said a word to me the whole time there.It didn't look they were short handed there were several employees there. This makes the second time this has happened. Same thing waited and and waited completely ignored so i left. I don't have to eat from McDonald's. There is a WENDY'S almost beside McDonald's and BURGER KING down the road. I don't plan on going back.
