RUDE!!! DISRESPECTFUL!! Very inappropriate young lady that was at the drive thru window. On April 29 2025. At 5:20p.m. I pulled up to drive thru window and politely asked if they had a dozen of glazed donuts available and I was told NO in a disrespectful tone and manner. I’ve also asked if there were any cinnamon twist available and how many were left if so. I was told by the you d lady at the window that she was trying to count the cinnamon twist but “I Interrupted Her”. Now that was very unprofessional and RUDE AS HELL and I’ve always shopped at Mr Donut but never have I ever been disrespected by such individual since I’ve been going there. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN ! And they should get her out of the drive thru window because she shows no Respect and kindness towards customers!

I have recently been going every Saturday mornings to get donuts. I am always greeted with a smile and I even have a special request for a chocolate covered cream filled because my wife does not like the eclair filling. My order is ALWAYS filled with a smile. Great donuts and great customer service!!!!

Every time I go they are out of ham and cheese kolaches. They have plenty of the others. You would think that someone would make more of the ham considering it obviously sells the best. Guess they aren't in business to make money.

I normally visit through the drive thru but on yesterday I went on the inside. There was a older lady that took my order. I said what I wanted but she couldn’t hear me and responded what in a irritated way. I spoke louder and she understood. Before she packed the donuts she picked up a used tissue to wipe her nose and put the used tissue back down! She did not wash her hands! This is disgusting! I will not come here again!

Always my choice to get donuts from but moving forward I will not be returning… purchased donuts and a breakfast sandwich got home and it had green spots all over it. Called them today and the manger offered no resolve and said that couldn’t have been true no apology or anything! Well that was my last visit.
