OMG! We went for the ALL YOU CAN EAT boneless wings, riblets, and shrimp. You just can't go wrong with these wings. They have been, are, and always so be the best wings They are super crispy but saucy. Just the right amount of both. They're haha down the best boneless wings toy can get at a restaurant. The Asian zing or whatever of It's called, is a good flavor. The garlic parmesan is also one of my favorite. My very most favorite thing is the WONTON TACOS. I recommend those to any and every person that has time

I keep trying . . .I was here for almost 2 hours. Ate semi warm food. . About an hour after ordering. Then another 40 mins until, I finally walked up to the bar to pay.Seats had gummy bears in them, everything was dirty. As a server/ bartender I understand most, but ii will not dine here again.

Horrible experience. Slowest service, it should NOT take close to 2 hours to have lunch (2 sandwiches - which were over salted) when there were only 4 other tables. Also, rib eye dipper should come with au jus, as stated on menu. Zero pepper in pepper shaker. Waitress never checked on us and we had to go find her to ask for the check.

Applebees in Horn Lake, Mississippi has always been a family favorite for us, but no longer. Today we wanted to have lunch there and arrived at 11:20am; the restaurant opens at 11am, and the entrance was unlocked so guests could walk in. As soon as we opened the door and walked inside, we noticed a bar chair blocking the walkway to the tables. A young woman who worked there walked up to the chair and said they were not open. I asked what time they were opening, and she said, "We're not sure." She did not smile, did nothing to show any interest in potential customers. I have never been treated that way at a reataurant. Another couple walked in behind us, intending to eat lunch there, and heard the same thing. We all left. Such a disappointment!

I was amazed the restaurant was open. Jewel was great! The hostess was away & Jewel agreed to be our waitress. It was obvious she had so many tables but she never skipped a beat with her customer service. Kendall was her back up & her friendly service was appreciated. As I watched the ladies interact with the bartender TK, I wasn’t impressed with the staff report. Not sure TK was happy to be there. Great service from Jewel & Kendall
Tried as it was not busy. Noticed that table was sticky. Food under the table from the past day. Trash on the floor. Server did not know the menu at all. Salad was bland. Restrooms where filthy.

Went about 12:25 p.m. and we were surprised how slow it was. We were seated quickly but waited a bit to place our drink order ( 2 waters). Took over 7 minutes for the hostess to finally bring the water. Waited another 5 min or so to place our orders. More than 20 min later our food came. The rice on the fajitas was hard, dry and burned around the edges. Boneless wings were more like chicken nuggets and there were only 5 to the order. Had to ask for water refills and then another 10 minutes to get the check. It's no wonder why Applebees are closing!!!!!

Had the hamburger lunch special with fries. Was served rather quick. guest had the riblets. Food was good!

Very unprofessional, big time attitude and the light skinned skinny manager threatened to blow my brains out with his gun, was very rude, racist, and threatening to me. They may get a call from cops

We had a party of 7 at lunch time but arrived around 11 and was the first people in the restaurant. We did not receive our food till an hour later and half the food was cold. Then we were told on the orders that were supposed to be out in 12 mins or they are free, that that didn't apply to parties. That was never verbally communicated to us nor was it stated on the menu. We were also told they didn't have items (like salsa) when they were on the menu. Horrible experience. Granted our server was training someobe, but she still has to do her job. I'm a former.server, so I get it, but that was ridiculous. Doubt any of us will be back at this location.
