I've ordered several times and every time the food was great. Everything was well seasoned and well cooked and even the presentation was beautiful. It's very convenient if you're busy and don't have time to prepare meals daily. She offer a variety of delicious choices from soul food dishes to healthy dishes. Also very convenient if you're dieting because your meals come in individual containers and are portioned. She also offer breakfast dishes which I especially love for my children who can grab a container, warm it up and have a quick breakfast before school..

Best meal preps ever!!!! Her prices are reasonable and the food is succulent!!! There’s also a wide range of choices to choose from. The stuffed bell peppers were so good I didn’t want to share! The chicken stuffed yellow bell pepper... OMG!!!!!!! Y’all it is sooooooooooo delicious!!!!! And my first time getting a salad....I’m salad Tasha from now on... Evrything I have had is good... The stuffed bell peppers are my favorite😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋Oh and the prices the quality the overall experience is GREAT!!!!!

I personally love the stuffed bell pepper, the yellow ones have a different taste. The air fried ranch wings have a crisp taste where the ranch doesn’t overwhelm you. Breakfast for a week is so convenient when you’re working, meals like chicken bacon ranch or the spinach wrap turkey lettuce cheese bacon(honey mustard) can come straight out the fridge. Meals on the go! I love it
