Very disappointing. This is the 2nd pizza I've gotten where they leave almost two inches of uncovered crust and I've only been there twice. I thought the first was a fluke. I know everyone is trying to cut corners and maximize profits but C'mon!

First thing, I applied tip amount to existing purchase that did not transfer over to the final bill where the tip was not applied and therefore making me tip more than anticipated. I'll never buy papa John's again and it should be known that they are blatantly not distributing tip to driver and cheating them out of

I purchased a pizza this past Friday, 01/20/24. The pizza, customer service was great. The only problem I have is they don't wear gloves while making pizzas. It is to much going around for them not to wear gloves. I asked the guy if he could give me some pepperchenie peppers and he grabbed them with his bare hands, mind you be was ringing, up, answering the phone etc....I did not want them after that (that's why I PRAY over my food, and for the cooks)!!! Papa Johns please implement your workers wearing gloves.Thank you,

I ordered the Papadia, like I have several times. It's usually very good. Whoever was making them tonight has no idea how to prepare food. It was 1/2 dry crust. Not very much filling. I've ordered them many times, its my go-to. Train people better and you'll have a more consistent product. Tonight I got a half empty papadia shell.
The pizza was amazing. It felt like it weighted 10 pound because of all the cheese. I highly recommend the stuff crust
