Was visiting a friend in town the other day and got some pizza to cheer her up. The pizza was great, and there was a new employee there running around doing an amazing job. Wish I'd gotten his name. He was super nice and friendly, great customer service. Made our day brighter. 10/10 recommend.

The Quality and the taste of the pizza in horn lake ms is outstanding and amazing.
Absolutely horrible customer service, I was hung up on multiple times but I understood it could’ve been busy so called back with questions regarding my order. Still proceeded to be met rudely. I go inside to address the incident that happened and was met with the General Manager saying she doesn’t want to be argumentative with me, when all I asked was is there not a way to handle call ins? I’m wondering at this point if this location even has any type of training because she was extremely rude when I was being respectful. I will never support this location and will take the time to move down to Southaven.
