I wish I could do less then a star, I don’t understand the lack of care from a person that would serve garbage like this, spent over 50$ on an order for this to be sent out the door. I’ve been in food service industry for over 16 years, and have always stood by whatever food I sold, including pizza a lifetime ago. The damn basics is cutting it.

I placed a delivery order at this Pizza Hut location and paid for it over the phone. I was told my order would take about 45 minutes. However, when the driver arrived, they informed me that payment was still due. I showed the driver proof of my transaction showing the order had already been paid.
The driver then contacted a live agent, who confirmed that my order was paid for, but the employee who took my order entered it incorrectly in the system. The driver was instructed to return the order to the store and told me to contact the store directly.
When I called back and explained the situation, I was advised to speak with the manager, Norah. He stated that it would take 5 to 7 business days to resolve the issue, which I felt was unreasonable since the mistake was not mine. I suggested that they simply remake and deliver my order, and he agreed.
After waiting another hour, I called again and was told that if I wanted my food, I would have to pick it up myself, even though the manager had said the issue would be taken care of. I asked to speak with someone above the manager and was told I could not speak to the general manager until the next day.
This experience was extremely disappointing. My family went without dinner because of a mistake made by the store, and the issue was handled very poorly. I will not be purchasing from or recommending this location in the future

On Friday evening My Mother came to this location to pick a pizza for her and my kids, she said the pizza was dry and missing cheese, she said there was very nice young lady helped her and all of a sudden, My Mom said this nice nasty African American Manager yalonda came and interrupted the nice lady who already helped her, long story short My Mom is a diabetic and was needing to eat and this manager Yolanda with curly locs was very very out of order, she wouldn't give my mom the replacement pizza that the other young had promised instead she told my mom she can have a refund because she wasn't going to make the pizza over, Needless to say we had no problem at Marcos pizza but to the nasty attitude lady with the locs, I'll see u soon..
