An order was placed online at 1pm for drive through pickup. After a 35 minute wait, we were told to come inside to pick it up. Once inside after another 20 mins and asking about the order they said it was called out and someone else must have grabbed it. It was not called and no one grabbed it. After a discussion they agreed to "remake" the order which took another 20 mins all while food was sitting there ready to be packed up. This place is poorly managed, inefficient and a complete waist of time in the way of "fast food". Go across the street to Bojangles. Even KFC does better.

The WORST Popeyes chicken ever. It was all burnt. I even went to exchange for fresh cooked chicken and it was still tasting burnt. Change the grease you may get better results.

This location has great food, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. The only problem I can give is the bathroom could be a little cleaner & no paper towels in the sink.

I thought it opened at 10 but when I walked in the staff said 12 I asked what time it was and the answer I got was it wasn't 12 you need to close the door and quit or learn your staff how to greet the public

This was the worst food ever from a popeyes chicken was old apple pie was cold and the mash potatoes were cold I just wasted 12.95 on a 3 piece combo will never visit this restaurant ever again should have gone to the kfc across the street.
