Any other time I would’ve given there food a 3 or 4 star. But maybe it was my fault. I’m the one who thought if I got the quarter pounder on Monday for a $1.99 that it would be fresh. Never again! I think they are over there pre making those discount items in the early part of the day and serving them to customers throughout the day. Too much crazy stuff going on to be playing with people’s time and money 🤦🏽♂️

I just had the worst experience ever!! I was basically verbally assaulted by the manager that they called Tim. I came to Sonic and ordered food for me and my children. Well, my oldest decided she didn’t want her meal anymore. I had already swiped my card and paid. I called back in and asked them if they would please take her meal off. They said ok that was fine. They gave me a new total. So, because I already paid, I just assumed they would refund me the difference. The carhop came outside and said that I had to pay again. She said they refunded me the other amount of 34.09 to my card. I showed her where they charged me 40.57 on my bank app. You can see the transaction. She said ok, let me go back inside and get the manager because I asked her for a receipt showing me the refund. The manager, Tim, came out and had the nastiest attitude. He came out and was like there is no receipt. I was explaining to him that I was charged and showed him the screen where it showed the charge. Well, he instantly cursed me out and told me he didn’t give a damn what my phone said because there was no refund!!! He was yelling at me through the window and was very belligerent! I was heated because why are you coming out mad and then you cursing me out in front of my kids!!!! I asked them for another manager and he said I am the manager! It was giving that he was racist and just had a chip on his shoulder. I was not rude, I was not loud and I did not yell. My daughter recorded some of the aftermath. He was very disrespectful and I will be reporting him every where! This is not the way to be especially working in customer service. I felt very unsafe and will never go back there again. He is the type that will spit in your food because you’re black. He just really showed his true colors. Smh. How could they even hire someone like this to run a team and be over an establishment.

Was sick and my husband got me a banana milk shake because I couldn't eat real food. Went to eat it later and there was no flavoring in it. Tasted like frozen milk. Not even vanilla flavor. Very disappointed!😠 Not the first time this has happened!

not consistent. probably only good thing now are the Groovy Fries &Ice cream items. The Smasher is only regular patties, not smashed, so don't waste your money.

It’s very disappointing and sad that I have to wait at least 30 mins before someone can take my order , while you have employees standing around inside laughing and joking all the time , I will never come back……. I will make sure this goes up towards management and the owner.

Ordered a ham and cheese sandwich, got all the way home only to find cheese sticks and when i tried to call back after several attempts the phone line was busy for over an hour...smh my mouth was ready
I used to work at Sonic. This last time I got a crispy chicken sandwich and tots and everything was hot and fresh.
