Coffee tasted spoil not good at all won’t be back order the same thing all the time and today took me through the roof cashier is very sweet however the person making drinks needs to stop

Very rude workers. Somehow every time i order a mango dragon fruit with water. It doesn’t taste like water down juice everytime. I know exactly how it supposed to taste but at this location they will charge you extra because the drink doesn’t taste the way it supposed to just to fix it or remake. Any other location dragonfruit refreshments are perfect made!

Disgusting. I'm convinced this location did not receive the same training other starbucks employees have received at other locations. I've had a few not so satisfactory experiences here and this morning took me to my limit of chances. They never get my order right and this morning, I really wanted a medicine ball. I specifically ordered a venti medicine ball made with Lemonade and no water. I received a Venti cup filled with water, no lemonade, 2 bags of the peach tea, no mint tea, no honey and no peppermint syrup. It was DISGUSTING and money wasted.

Terrible service. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and were completely ignored — staff refused to take our order. We waited, thinking maybe they were busy, but no one even bothered to apologize. This is blatant disrespect toward customers. If you’re not going to serve people until closing time, at least post your real hours. Absolutely disappointed — won’t be coming back. Service feels like a street cart, but the prices are premium. Shame on Starbucks.

D-Money The Carnivorous One

The customer service at this location was passive aggressive and lack luster. I ordered a large apple juice with no ice they short me and give me a large basically half full and told me it would have went to the top if I would have put ice in it. Then charge me an extra 3 dollars and some change to fill it up. Smh and walked away when I told them like they didn't care when I told them about it. I've never had this problem with Starbucks. I will never return to this location again. Smh. I will post a picture, but I can't see how to.

I went this morning and got a medicine ball drink as I’m drinking it why did a dead fly come out into my mouth I’m beyond disgusted and disappointed I’ll never shop here again. I called the store to inform and all they offered was to make me another drink why would I want another if a dead fly was in the first one.

Super disappointing customer service. My coffee was made incorrectly (which is fine it happens) and the 3 people seemed to be having a conversation on their headphones and didn’t acknowledge that I was standing at the register waiting to be helped. I waited for a few minutes while they walked talked, made coffee and carried on without a word. If you’re busy then just say, I’ll be with you in just a second, but nothing was said, they just ignored me. They remade my coffee and the coffee itself was good but just disappointed by the way I was treated. They seem to be annoyed at having to help customers coming into the location but fine helping the ones at the window.

Just picked up a brown sugar oat milk expresso.. It's white. I guess expresso is in it. No brown sugar syrup. 😕 This is the 2nd time. No one wants to bring back their drink for correction.

So I decided to go thru the driver thru as usual for a cup of water. Once at the speaker to place my order I attempted to order water, I was notified they no longer provided free water. The staff member was very displeasing, I told her I wasn’t informed after my last visit she told me well you should’ve been informed. Got to the window asked to purchase the water and still was denied by a younger colored girl who felt like it was so funny that I asked to make the purchase. I did notify them I would be contacting their manager. Customer service can really make or break and establishment, the way this was handled was unprofessional because you do not tell a customer what they should’ve been told in an unpleasant manner. I will never go back to this Starbucks.
