I made an online order I went to pick my food up got down the road looked at my food there was a big piece of hair on my sandwich… they wouldn’t give me a refund so I called customer service NO HELP AT ALL THIS LOCATION SUCKS DONT GO THERE AT ALL!!!!

First and for most everytime I come to this location they act like they can’t READ ! I literally write specifically how I want the sandwich (cut in half) and they act like they don’t know what it mean . I visit this store today and the app literally kept messing up , I literally ordered the same sandwhich I do EVERYTIME & it added tomatoes and onion as I am allergic , I asked for a remake NICELY and they told me I would have to repay and the man had an attitude about it , this is literally the worst location .THEN I get home and check every sandwhich and they still made every sandwhich wrong

Just the vibe in their is a -1 ⭐️ never a smile, thank you, have a good day or anything. Always seem like you’re bugging her when you go in. The last time I went in there I was in the bathroom all day afterwards. Waited about 3-4 months and decided to go back and all of these things were still the same. The lettuce had a brown tint to it, pickles looked old, and tomatoes looked bad. I should have just turned around and left but no I got a turkey wrap and my stomach been messed up all day since. I will not go back.

Pulled up at this location at 8:45pm. They let the Caucasian guy in but told me that they were close. Just how?? Another African American lady tried to go in also and they told her the same thing. I definitely will never go to a Subway anywhere ever again.
