I have no clue who spit in her sweet tea but lady on the left is very impatient and rude. Spit that water out your mouth maybe I can understand you better. Never again ain't going here

Horrible customer service and workers have attitudes from the jump. The vibe here has drastically changed. Also, got overcharged for everything i ordered and there's no communication between employees, I ordered a garlic cheesesteak, got charged for a Philly which I wanted in a combo but instead the person charged it to my other sandwich which was a footlong which cost more. Then when I asked if I could get cookies instead of chips they both rolled their eyes and the one getting them slammed the door of the cookie case after she broke my cookie. Will never go back to this location.

Place was so dirty, it's ridiculous. And the workers are incredibly rude. They trying to put bad lettuce on sandwiches. If you ask for fresh they dump the bad lettuce on top of the fresh lettuce and still try to put the bad lettuce on the sandwich. Gross.

I’ve never done a review before, so if I’m doing one…it def felt worth sharing. Went in this evening for a sub. Family is out of town for the weekend and I didn’t wanna cook for just me. The veggies looked awful…like been sitting out for days. So I decided just meat and cheese and I’ll add the other dressings at home. The lady that waited on me was very rude and not pleasant at all. Even though I was very kind and respectful. How’s you’re day been…yes ma’am…no ma’am…thank you so much…hope you enjoy the rest of your evening and so on. I treat people the way I want to be treated. Period!!!! Not a good experience. Prolly will travel up Goodman rd next time. Sucks cuz I live right down the road from this location…Just off of hwy 301

This subway must be having financial problems Went in yesterday and got a tuna sub and they gave me two small scoops instead of the usual 3 or 4 and got a veggie sub and the cucumbers were so thin you could see thru them and the spinach and lettuce were very wilted and everything else looks past it's date. Would definitely recommend skipping this one Definitely eat at your own risk

My order was taken and the older employee totaled my order. Having difficulty with my cash that I placed on the counter. The lady looked at me rudely and with a very condescending tone told me she wanted the money "in her hand " and decided to lecture me on social norms. There are other subway fast food places and I will avoid this one. VERY RUDE STAFF.

I would start with the manager who did the hiring, and fire EVERY ONE!Clearly mgmt, has no idea what customers are expecting. With all of the other options available why would anyone put up with a bunch of Extremely rude employees? Clean House.

Worker told me I was racist today because of my shirt and then hid in the back. Called all of the subways connected to this one and all of them are acting like they don’t know the general managers number in anyway.
