I went just to try that footlong cookie for it only to have a disgusting taste to it. I don't know if it was frostbitten or if the oven created that flavor but it was horrible. So disappointed ☹️

Went in today and ordered two footlong subs. One sub was completed with no issues got to my sandwich and I was telling the girl what I wanted on it lettuce, 2 tomatoes cut in half, light banana peppers and light ranch! (Simple I thought) but apparently not I was informed they don't cut tomatoes in half they only cut tomatoes on salads so I simply asked what the difference was and the lady got a attitude with me over cutting tomatoes and told me the difference was because it's not in a salad slammed my sandwich on the counter and asked if I wanted something else. Oh and the manager lady was there and never said a thing! The customer service was very poor and the attitude over cutting a tomato was ridiculous!!! I didn't even want my food after that i just walked out. I won't be back to this location!

Today i went subway to get a sandwich and this girl has the worse attitude she is tallest girl work in there real huge she weigh at least 400 pounds black girl short hair she is very rude and she don’t wash her hand she doesn’t fix the sandwich right and my mom went in there one time too and my mother is a older lady she told me she was very disrespectful to her I must find the manger or I want be coming back to subway again I’m very upset with the service normally everybody work in there is nice but this lady need to be remove from subway this doesn’t make any sense how you gonna be rude to a 67 year old woman that attitude gotta go if I come back in there and she acting like that I’m walking out and I’m going somewhere else this is sad this subway is in walls Mississippi they never busy so what’s the problem you can’t fix a sandwich i sea that nasty water you put on that knife when you cut that sandwich that’s ghetto

Went in to get a couple of foot longs, ask for extra oil and vinegar ask if they had packets they said NO ask if I could have some in a container NO ask if I could have some in a cup what told I would have to buy the cup, I asked how much for the cup the girl got an attitude when I ask the question again a little louder the woman came from the back and had to pull the girl from in front of me, so o asked her how much was the cup she said I can only get on my food.Told them with attitudes like this will loss them f business will call the manager Samantha in the morning will NEVER abut from there again

Been going here for years but this last year it’s gotten worse and worse. TERRIBLE ATTITUDES from the employees at this location. It’s the closest Subway to us but we will not be back. Management should look into hiring friendlier, happier people. These girls seemed absolutely miserable, unwelcoming and downright rude.

I've been coming to this location since 2016. Had nothing but positive experiences. This is my last time ever coming back to this location. The worker that is working 11/8/2023@ 6pm just threatened in her words.. To beat my daughter to sleep.. All because she asked for my sandwiches to be cut in fours and put in 2 separate bags. She had a nasty attitude from the beginning, but we let it slide.. I'm in the car on the phone with my daughter who is inside.. I'm parked directly in front of the window. Everytime she say what to put on the sandwich.. She's mumbling under her breath. Then when she asked to cut in fours and 2 separate bags. Thats when she yell out.. Yall doing too much.. How?? All because you were asked to do job? Then when asked why the nasty attitude..now you want to beat somebody to sleep? I'm on the phone listening to everything and went in and pulled my daughter out. I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT IN THERE AGAIN. And will tell my coworkers and friends also.

I got to subway right before 8 online it says they close at 9 as I'm walking in 3 people had just came out and as I'm walking through the door a man was walking out, he had just finished paying for his food. As I walk up to order all the worker walked to the back and all of the food stations had been closed as if they were closing. So 1 girl came out and I asked her if they were closed, she said ummhmm, but she started putting on her gloves and she pulled out the little paper they place your sandwich on, so I just stood there looking at her because I'm confused, she said ummhmm but she look like she's about to start preparing my food so, she kept looking to the back and then she asked me what I wanted to order so I told her, but as she starts preparing my food she keeps looking to the back with a smirk on her face, so when she placed my food in the toaster the other girl come and took up all the cutting boards so when my food comes out of the toaster I asked her not to put my food on the metal line because it had a lot of debris from old food that had fallen through and she was kinda looking crazy I guess cause I asked her that but when she was finishing my food the other girl came back out and asked if I wanted just the sandwiches, I told her I wanted to make 1 a combo, she asked cookies or chips I said cookies so she rung me up and I paid her so I'm looking through my bag, I didn't see the cookies so they had went to the back, so I say excuse me and they look around the door and I say you didn't give me my cookie, she said you asked for chips, I said no I asked for cookies, I then look at my receipt and it had chips on there and I told her, I said you rung up chips but I did ask for cookies you must've not heard me and she had this look on her face as if I was working her nerves. I making this review because I'm so tired of poor customer service and the bad attitudes, you really have options if you don't like the hospitality industry do something different. When consumers patronize a business, customers can sense the negativity and that's bad for business. I know the workers don't care cause they don't own the store all they want is the check but have some integrity about what you do. Because that bad attitude can make or break you in the future when it comes to making money.
