I have been getting an item for months now and I didn't know that it was supposed to be served hot. I ordered the item and got it hot. I thought it was supposed to be cold. I will visit this location from now on.

I visited this location on 6/25/2025. The experience was terrible. The lady that took my order had a very nasty rude personality. She rushed me through my order and then when we pulled around to the window there were 2 young ladies and I am assuming the manager who was rolling his eyes like a female and all we did was pull up to the window. The two females were looking at us and laughing like we were from another planet. The one with the nappy head was really rude. Then when the manager handed the food out of the window he started speaking something that wasn’t English but I doubt that it was another language because he could barely speak English. This was around 11:00 pm. The owner should visit this location at night to see what kind of circus they are running .Overall bad experience would not recommend. Very unprofessional.

very unprofessional waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes after we ordered on the app and when we get to the window they say we are out of chicken and beef! ! but he says it will be ready in 30 minutes. 2nd time this has happen!!! if the employee’s were inside working instead of smoking pot in the parking lot in their car, they maybe could’ve prepared a little better and had the meat and chicken thawed out!

Messed my order up went back inside to fix it and seen how nasty the kitchen was so decided to get my money back and the.manager lost my receipt and gave me back $1.50 less than i paid. It was worth them stealing a $1.50 not to eat anything out of that nasty place!
Staff ignored customers, was unprofessional, and completely dropped the bar and level of this taco bell that used to be good.

Food was right and hot... have issues at other taco bells.. just hate that when you order a hard shell taco the meat seeps through the bottom of the shell and it breaks. That happens at every TB I go to. I believe it's an issue the company needs to address.

This woman came in loud as hell complaining loud as hell, acting overly aggressive and Cedric and everyone there handled it really well without increasing temperament. Took a little long but that's corporates fault usually

Rushing at the drive thru intercom. Food was ok ... For some reason they don't cook the chalupa bread it was white not toasted like it should.. I wouldn't go here I guess they hire people who can't read meaning they can't read they instructions on how to prepare the meal.... Hire new people or shut it down !!!
